I had purchased an engagement ring in January and all they had to do was enlarge the setting because it wouldn't fit my then girlfriends finger Instead, they sent it to their "head office" and was returned with a totally different setting that wasn't finished (sharp edges, not polished) We orginally requested the setting it came with which had prongs, instead they gave us one with prongs They then had to send it back and returned it back to us with another different setting which had prongs On the paper they had sent to head office, they stated it was supposed to be prongs, instead head office made their own decision on what I would like I would like a full refund as it tore my relationship apartI am no longer with my girlfriend as it caused us grief to the point where we don't even talk anymore I have receipts of date of purchase Their customer service representative [redacted] offered me $credit to their store thinking I'm going to come back and make ano

I spoke with staff members at Diamond Company about doing a custom ringI had a current ring I was wearing and asked them to replicate the exact center part of that ringAlso, I wanted to dulicate the split shank and two side diamonds of a ring at *** jewellery storeIn the store at Yorkdale I told them that the two side diamonds I wanted were 0.4ctI then showed them the link to that exact ring at the ***'s store so they could duplicate it exactlyThey said they could do all that I wanted for this ring for a total of $(0.7ct centre, 0.4ct side diamonds and split shank)They said that their computer program could capture the picture of the ring and copy it exactly so it will be exactTo be sure, I went home and sent them them the picture of the ring so they wouldn't get it wrong and on the diagram I put arrows to the side diamonds saying I wanted it exactly the same and I wrote down that the website said 0.4ct for the side diamondsThey later sent a confirmation

Me and my fiance went into the diamond company on about july to get an engagement ring and we were promised a ring we chose would be ready in weeks, weeks went by and nothing was ready, they told us to wait more weeks, when we went to pick up the ring it was a different ring then the one we picked, they said it was the same ring when it nothing like the sample, when we went back to complain and get our deposit of $they said to give them a week and they would make the exact same ring, its now weeks from that date and they say it will be ready on the weekend, we are tired of waiting ***, we want our deposit back, the customer service is also horrible everyday we call to check they say a different dayWhen asked for head office phone number they just gave us the Mississauga locations store number please help *** I also have pictures
