I did not order anything from this company. They charged my account 91.90 and 85.88 without my authorization.
I received an email from this email address [email protected] with these numbers to contact them. 1-888-402-1251 or 1-888-392-4065. I have never order anything from this company and I tried to contact them to request and refund for what I did not authorize. This company is a scam and they have to be hackers. I do not give out my cc information. I need answers. This is the email address that was given to me by email is [email protected]. At a time like this money has been stolen from me when I need it to provide for my children. Please find out what company this is they need to be arrested for this matter at hand.

I need a refund and a inconvience fee for me having to contact my bank during this crisis of the state that we are in.

Dear Customer and Revdex.com,

After reviewing the account I can confirm the customer DID sign up for our trial. All billing and program information is explained on the ordering site stating that this is a subscription if customer DOES NOT cancel before the 14 day trial program. We can fully provide the terms agreed to by the customer if needed.

At this time we have issued the $91.90 and $85.88 back to the consumer card on 05/11/2020 when the customer emailed into support. So in fact we did respond to the email the same day notifying the customer of the 2 refunds.

I can confirm the 2 refunds will take anywhere from 7-10 business days to reflect back onto the account. We will not provide any other refunds to customer for bank fees processing etc. That is something the customer must handle and be accountable for.

trying to cancel with no response
I have been trying to reach this company for the last month and a half and have been unable to reach them as the phone automatically hangs up when I call or I have to wait up to 40 minutes and then the phone hangs up. I emailed this company over a month ago to cancel the forskolin extract and ketogenic anatomy keto capsules. I have not heard anything from them as of this time and upon checking my bank account have found that they have charged my account $177.84 for something that I am not getting in the mail and that I am trying to cancel. I feel that they not responding to any of my attempts to cancel in a fraudulent manner (if we don't answer we don't have to cancel). I would like to report them for what I perceive as unethical business practices.

l would like my orders canceled and to be refunded for the last two months as I have not received any products nor do I want to do business with this company

I experienced false advertising followed by surprising, non-agreeable monthly charges after an initial purchase of their "free" product.
My 2 relatives and I signed up and paid the original shipping for the advertised "free" Keto and Forskolin products. I was therefore billed $6.95 twice on 1/29 and once on 1/30; and $6.98 twice on 1/29 and once on 1/30. We then each received the first Keto and Forskolin supplement bottles, but then nothing after that. This then followed by anomalous billings throughout the next few months. I have been billed $90.36 twice on 2/14, once on 3/3, and once on 3/7. I was also billed $85.89 twice on 2/15. We received no email, update, order IDs, transaction numbers, or any prompt to confirm or agree with these payments - I only knew of them once reflected on my credit card billing statement, reflecting under different varying entries such as "perfect keto slim diet", "keto health fitness", or "pronatural slimness diet". We also received no other products, yet they still continue to charge my account. Their site advertised a "free trial" of their product in which you pay only shipping and handling. NOWHERE on their ads or website or sign-up page did it state that they would be taking a "full price" of ~$90 per month from my account after the original charge of $10.

We returned to their website in attempt to cancel our subscription with them, but their website and products have changed entirely. No opportunity to cancel or confirm payments were given. We then cancelled our subscription via phone, which they did only after trying to push their product on "discount" charges. We asked for refunds, but no offer or action to refund the charges has been made yet.

I believe what they're doing is fraudulent. Real trials prioritize the wellness and welfare of their participants; but this particular model seems to only make unjust big bucks out of its victims.

Desired Outcome

I would like my money back, or at least the multiple monthly charges of $90.36 and $85.89 fully refunded. I would also like to confirm cancellation of my account and the account of my two family members also attached to my Billing Address and Billing Details.

Cancelled membership after trial order, received charge for additional product I did not authorize.
Ordered trial in mid November 2019. Cancelled membership the day I received trial order. On 12/19/2019 my bank account was charged $90.36 for another shipment I did not authorize. I have contacted the company several times, the 1st time ( 12/21/2019) I was told if I sent the product back I would get a full refund minus $9.95 restocking fee, as of today 1/25/ I have yet to receive the product to return or a refund. I received another email from them on 1/18/2020 stating they are willing to give me a 50% refund. I did not authorize this charge, I do not understand why I should pay a restocking fee for a product I did not order, how can I get a refund by sending back a product I have never received. I expect a full refund of $90.36, should not have to pay a restocking fee on a product that never left their building. This place is a fraud and is scamming people and something should be done about it.

SCAM! making unauthorized charges to my credit card.
SCAM! on 10/23/19 I agreed to a one time special of $6.95, only to pay shipping. I never agreed to charge my credit card for $90.36 on 11/15/19 SCAM! I called immediately to find out what was going on. I was told that I did not cancel a subscription. I never agreed to a subscription. I told the the CSR that I have the product sealed, never used. I was told that I would get a full refund since the product was never opened nor used. So I was given a RMA number. I sent back the product on 11/26/19 with in their return policy. I have followed up many time regarding my full refund no luck. Please, Please "DONT" buy from this company and PLEASE don't give them your credit card information.PLEASE GUARD YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH YOUR LIFE.

1/10/20 P.S to this day I have no full refund SCAM!!!

I paid the original shipping and handling for the advertised "free trial" and have been billed $165 for 3 months for nothing
They advertise a free trial of their product after you pay shipping and handling of about $10. Nowhere did it state that they would be stealing $165 a month from my account after the original charge of $10. I received the first two bottles of supplements, and then nothing after that. They've been stealing from my account. Went back to cancel whatever subscription I had apparently set up, but it was a brand new website hawking a brand new product. No account was ever set up for me to cancel. Honest companies selling honest products don't need to hide their intentions like this. They're a fraudulent company, stealing from honest people

SCAM! Agreed to free product, only to pay shipping, never agreed to $84 charge 2 weeks later
SCAM! I partially filled out a form online, entered my credit card information then felt uneasy about the transaction and clicked on the webpage, never even submitted the form and shortly thereafter noticed the charge on my credit card. 2 weeks later they charged my card $83.41! I did not agree to this! There is not an option on the email to cancel any services, only to call or email. I attempted to call and was on hold for more than 40 minutes and do not have time to wait on hold for that amount of time, my time is MY TIME. I emailed the email provided and have yet to receive any correspondence. Order number # 39D8A9FBF3 ordered originally on 6/1/19, charged again 6/17/19 company name "Naturally Plant Slim". I want a $88.36 refund on the charge the company made to my card without my consent. I never received the free trial I paid $5 for either.
I called instalean about a charge on my card that I did not recognize because I did not place an order. They refused to give me a refund on it, even though I did not approve this purchase. Not only did they file an un-authorized charge, their customer service representative refused to help me with the refund. I did authorize a $5 charge for the free trial that NEVER arrived, and did not seek reparations back then for such a small amount, but the company proceeded to charge me $83 without notice. The purchase ID is 9471D6A83D that I got cancelled on 6/17/2019. I paid for the free trial by debit card. I don't even know what they are charging me for since I have no idea what they are selling anyways.

Desired Outcome

Would like a refund on whatever you charged me on. Changing the deceitful business practices you are operating under would be helpful too. Improve the attitude on your sales representatives and offer better customer service.

The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a 14 day trial period starting from the date that the order was placed, in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges. They also indicate that, "you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $83.91 for the Instalean Forskolin, fourteen days from the date that the order was placed for the product(s)."

These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product. Additionally, you were sent an order confirmation email after your order was completed that provided a full written version of the terms you agreed to.

When you ordered the product you also clicked a button indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer clicks that button, we must assume that they have read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.

Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $83.41 on June 17, 2019.

According to our records you have contacted your credit card company and initiated a chargeback for the full charges.

Unknowing Charges and information unsecured.
I want a full refund of $83.41 and $78.91 for the fraudulent monthly subscription service I was unknowingly signed up for. Looked up website, could not be found. Barely any info stated online about product besides this string of complaints. I didn't notice the first two small charges of $4.99 and I want a refund for that as well. I'm changing my information and removing information as I don't feel my info is secured anymore. Even searching up any sort of emails I had trouble with as they went directly into spam. The only reason I noticed the charges was after checking my account last night and seeing it went into negative with a charge from my bank and charge from this company. I'm not the type of person to buy this type of product at all but with an increase of spam calls and texts this month I'm certain my information has been compromised.

I never ordered the product and have not opened it.

Last week I have a charge to my debit card for $83.41 from Green Dietary;Slim Fit Green Dietary. 855-394-3581. This is listed as a recurring fee.

When I tried to assure them that I never ordered the product, they argued with me and promised to return half of my money if I would not call Revdex.com. I said I was filing a complaint. They hung up on me. They returned all of my money. I am complaining because this company is trying to bully people to allowing them to just rip money from their bank accounta.

My chkg acct was charged $83.41 by Instalean with no order or authorization to withdraw from my acct. FRAUD! Want my money back with no more BS!!!!
On May 9, 2019, I discovered an $83.41 charge on my checking account from Instalean. Thankfully I was able to find a telephone number and track the theives down! I called and spoke to Taneysha who insisted I bought the product, whatever that product is, and was not entitled to a refund! After arguing the fact that I did not order anything or certainly authorize this company to help themselves to my bank account, Taneysha told me the best she could do was give me half of my money back! I told her that was unacceptable and that I wanted to speak to a manager. After several times being put on hold, she FINALLY, after upsetting me for NOTHING, told me she could give me a refund, but it would take 7-10 business days. Well, here it is, 13 business days later since I spoke to Taneysha and STILL NO REFUND! I called again today and spoke to Carmen. First, she told me that she couldn't find me in their system, but after asking further questions, she was able to. I could tell by her many hesitations that my refund was not processed yet. She said that there was an "error" processing my refund (how convenient!) and that it was sent to management to be "expedited" for refund. Their expedited process takes up to 30 days! SERIOUSLY???? You can't tell me this "just happens"! It didn't take 30 days to STEAL $83.41 from my checking account!
Why is it these companies get away with this!
Why is it the criminal has more rights than the victim??? This is such BS!!!

Before I could say anything else, Carmen hung up on me! I didn't get the chance to tell her what a fraudulent company she was working for and how proud she should be!

I want my money back ASAP! I work hard for what money I have and for a piece of *** company like this to get away with this, obviously over and over, is totally unacceptable!

I had ordered a free trial and they charged me close to $200.. called and sent package back and 2 months later and still no money..
I had ordered a free trial and was only supposed to pay for shipping. They then took close to $200 out of my account without warning a week or so later. I called cancelled my subscription and sent back the package untouched. Kept calling them asking if they received said they did and I'll receive the money in a couple days. Didn't receive the money so I called again and they told me they never received the package. I emailed them and nothing. I want my money back. They're super sketchy and need to be shutdown.

This company is charging me every two weeks for a product that was advertised as a "free trial".
On April 15, 2019, I wanted to try the InstaLean product since it stated that it was a free trial. I was then instructed to try the garncia for a free trial as well because there wasn't a place to say no. On this date, I was charged $4.95 (debit withdrawal) for a product called Advance Benefit and then another $4.98 (debit withdrawal) for a product called Optimum Fitness. These are the names listed on my bank statement. Then on April 29, 2019, I was charged another $83.41 (debit withdrawal) from Advance Benefit. I received no product and no notification of this withdrawal. On April 30, Optimum Fitness withdrew $78.91(debit withdrawal) from my account. Again, no product or notification. I traveled out of the country on May 1 and could not respond to this withdrawal. When I returned, I started to balance my checkbook. On May 16, 2019, Optimum Fitness again withdrew $83.89 (debit withdrawal) from my account. No product and no notification. I am sure that Advance Benefit will be withdrawing another amount soon. I have tried to locate a number on the website to call, but could not find one. I would like to be refunded $246.21. This company has falsely advertised their product and is charging customers without their permission.

Desired Outcome

Due to the misleading of the advertisement and receiving no product, but being charged almost every two weeks, I would like to be refunded, as of today, May 22, 2019, $246.21. If there is a charge listed after this date (05/22/19), I would like to refunded that amount as well. I would also like them to remove my name and card number from their system, so I do not continue to have money withdrawn from my account with my knowledge.

3/6/19 ORDERED TRIAL OFFER OF GARCINIA CAMBOGIA AND FORSKOLIN EXTRACT PAID MY SHIPPING HANDLING. RECEIVED PILLS WITH NO CONTACT NUMBER TO CANCEL. STILL HAVE BOTTLES AS TOLD NOT TO TAKE BY MY DR. According to our records, we received your order on 02/18/2019. The order was placed for a 14-day trial. The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a 14 day trial period starting from the date that the order was placed, in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges.

These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product. When you ordered the product you also clicked a button indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer clicks that button we must assume that they have actually read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.

Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $83.41 for the Instalean Forskolin and $78.91 for the Instalean Garcinia on 03/05/2019. You were billed for the end of trial charge stated on the ordering site and terms.

I have reviewed the account and I see that you placed a chargeback on this charge. Once a chargeback is filed with your bank we are unable to provide any type of refund as a resolution to the account. The outcome will be between you and your bank. I am sorry I am not able to help more I hope you have a great day!

Nothing about a 14 day trial did I read on page offering a trial. Also did not receive until after 14 days anyways. I'm not the only one with this complaint. This is a rip off. That's over $150.00 for something I could care less about. You have control to refund my money, you just chose to keep people's money. Who would even pay that much. Never would I if I had known the scam before hand.

I saw an ad for weight loss supplements. "$4.95+ tax" There was NOTHING stating an additional charge.$83.41 charged. Product unopened, NO REFUND
I saw an ad on Facebook for Instalean. It said it was a weight loss supplement. "Pay only $4.95+ tax for shipping." It NEVER said that additional charges would incur after 14 day trial, unless cancelled. As soon as the charges hit my account on 5-18-19, I immediately called customer service. I spoke with a man named Kaison. He was polite and asked what my call was concerning. I explained that I hadn't even opened the bottle yet. After telling him that I was VERY UNHAPPY and wanted ANY and ALL future orders stopped. He then proceeded to offer a 50% discount (for life). I declined. Later he offered 75% off (for life) and I declined again. Once he completed the cancellation, I asked when my refund would be processed. He said that he didn't think it was possible but, he would check. Within a minute he told me that a refund was not possible. I told him that I was VERY disappointed and would be emailing the company. I also told him that I would be sharing the experience on EVERY social media outlet that I could. Here is the response I received yesterday, from their customer support.

Desired Outcome

I want a FULL REFUND of ALL charges $83.41 for the additional charges. I also want a FULL REFUND for the product. I am returning the UNOPENED bottle. That was $5.34 The total will be $88.75.

Instalean refused to issue a refund after I called to cancel an order as their worthless product had already shipped, even if returned.
I had responded to a social media post about receiving a free sample - there was no mention on the post that I would be signed up for a very expensive monthly service. When I received an email notification on March 1 2019 confirming an order I called to enquire and I was told then about the automatic monthly charge/ enrollment I was unknowingly signed up for. I advised I wanted to cancel immediately as the "free" sample provided zero results. The agent did cancel my monthly enrollment that I never knew I had signed up for and said they could not cancel the pending shipment or issue a refund. I was told I could not get a refund even if I returned the shipment once I received it. Once I received I went ahead and wrote return to sender on the package and dropped it in the mailbox as I wasn't going to use it anyway and I hoped Instagram would do the right thing once they received the package back and issue a refund even tho the phone agent said there would be no refund. And of course Instagram has gone ahead and kept my money even though I returned their product. The order # referenced on the email dated March 1 is XXXXX. My bank debit card was charged $88.36 but not until March 4, 2019 - THREE days after I had called to cancel all this! I received and subsequently returned the package approximately 7-10 days later.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund of $88.36 for the shipment I had called to cancel before the charge was even debited from my bank account for the fraudulent monthly subscription service I was unknowingly signed up for for product I did not want.

Instagram finally did the right thing and refunded my money.

SCAM! I partially filled out a form online and canceled halfway through, never even submitted the form and 15 minutes later started getting calls from a phone number I didn't recognize. They called every 15 minutes until I finally answered it and it was someone from Instalean. She basically aggressively pushed me into the free trial (would not take NO for an answer) and reassured me over and over that I had nothing to worry about, there would be no additional charge beyond a $4.95 shipping fee. I (stupidly) caved and decided to try it. Well, 2 weeks later they charged $84 to my card! I'm mad, not only at myself for falling for this scam and losing $84, but because they took my information and used it to aggressively call me when I never even submitted a complete form online! I am shocked at their lying, deceitful practices! Don't fall for it!!

We understand there may be some confusion on the order that the customer placed and how it worked. After further review of your account, our records show that your account was canceled prior to the trial expiration date. Since the account was canceled before the expiration of the trial your account was not charged for any additional charges.

This is a horrible company. Their supposedly free trial is def not free. If you don't cancel any future orders before the 14 day timeline, they will charge you an over inflated price for their product. I had an $70 and an $80 charge show up on my credit card for 2 of their free products. Even when I canceled the order, they refused to refund my money stating it was for the initial trial. There is no supplement worth $150!!! I don't even pay that much for medication I have to take every month. It's a rip off and beware!!! the product doesn't work!! They don't even deserve 1 Star!!!
