Review: I purchased a camera with this company online, I received an email asking me to call to confirm my order. Once I called to confirm, the company offered me a deal on an extra battery for the camera at 60% off. I asked for the price and they told me it would come to $40. I said that would be fine to add to the order. I expected my order to come to $309.99, however once I saw my credit card bill it was for $398.95, which is not what I agreed to. I never received an email confirmation of the order nor did my online account show any change in order status from the original order. I called the company to question the charge and was told to leave my number and someone will get back to me within the hour. No one called me and I called back but they were closed. The next day I called again and was told I could email the situation, however I heard no response as we neared the end of business hours, so I called them at least 6 times they hung up on me mid sentence and once I got someone who would talk to me they said they couldn't hear me so we hung up on you. I was finally able yo speak with Lloyd the manager and he said I was charged for a charger and a battery ($59) making the total additional charges $129. I told him that I was under the impression that the battery I ordered was $40 and I never asked for a charger. If I can't get the battery for the $40 I would like to return it once I receive the items for a full refund. He said I can return the charger, but the battery will be charged a 15% restocking fee. I said I'm not paYing for this since this is not the product I agreed to and I tried to contact you immediately to remedy the situation and cancel this order within the 48 hr store policy. He reiterated the previous statement several times. He said call me once you receive the battery and charger to go over returning it and immediately hung up. I got the camera in the mail with a bill for $398.95 however no additional battery or charger is on the bill nor is any of the items itemized so you can see how the total price is calculated. The company told me I should receive my full order on 7/**/15 and now I have a bill and not all the items, nor can I return these items. This company has been unwilling to try to come to a resolution nor will they respond to emails and when I call they consistently have hung up on me. I personally feel like this is part of a scam that this company is running.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a refund in full (no restocking fee) of these items, especially since I have not received them and if I do ever receive these items I would like to return them and get a full refund (no restocking fee) for the battery and charger

Review: I placed an order for a Canon SX50 camera on 10/**/15 over the internet with TheDigitalPros.com. I received an e-mail confirmation with a contact person named Jerry on 10/**/15. I called, spoke with Jerry, clarifying my order. He informed me he was processing my order and that it would ship out in the next 24-48hours and should arrive 7-10business days via [redacted] delivery. On 11/**/15, I called to inquire as to the status of my order again speaking with Jerry. He said I needed to give the delivery a few more days. I agreed after he promised my camera was on the way. On 11/**/15, I called again to inquire as to where the camera was in the process of delivery. This time I spoke with Greg, who said he would check and call me back with an answer in 10minutes. Greg never called back. I called the following day on 11/**/15. This time the guy on the phone told me my item had shipped out on 11/*/15. I asked for a [redacted] tracking number, but I was told he did not have a tracking number to give to me. He stated that he had emailed [redacted] and was notified by [redacted] the camera was to be delivered on 11/**/15. I informed the gentleman, that I was very unhappy with the lack of customer service and follow up information. I also told him if the camera did not arrive, then I would be calling back to cancel my order and have them refunded the charge crediting my credit card. Today 11/**/15, I called to inform this company that the camera did not come and I wanted to cancel the order. This is after speaking with Luke and being placed on hold for 17mins. Luke then placed me on hold for an additional 8minutes until and new person answered my call. This guy would not even listen to my complaint and concerns without constantly interrupting me. I pressed him to give me a tracking number, he placed me on hold. When he returned to the phone he gave me a tracking #[redacted]. While I had him on the phone I went into the [redacted] tracking web-sight, entering the number just provided to me and [redacted] found no information available. I told the gentleman, I no longer wished to play games, nor be placed on hold again. I advised him I wanted to cancel my order. He said I could not cancel as the order was in the process of delivery and that arguing on phone with him kept him from locating his merchandise. He stated he was call me back in 1hour with an update. I informed him that should I not received a call back I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. Each time I have called to inquire about the purchase of this camera I am on hold at least 15-20minutes; today was approximately 28mins. I have spoken with 3 employees with the names of Jerry, Luke and Greg; today's person did not identify themselves. This is just bad customer service and lack of ability to provide a product as ordered based on the information in their web-sight.Desired Settlement: I want my order cancelled and a refund sent to my credit card!!! As this is by far the second worst business/customer service experience I have ever encountered. As of today, I still do not have the product I ordered 10/**/15 and today is 11/**/15.

Review: The product I received was not at it appears or as described by the seller ([redacted]). I received my camera in a box other than the original, unprotected and with missing parts. I wish to return this and the store is giving me a run around about getting emails to print and will not issue the amount I paid. [redacted] told me they would charge me 330.00 restock fee and 30.00 shipping fee, however if I wanted to exchange it they would do that for free. I believe this is unjust for receiving a product that is NOT in NEW condition with missing parts, manuals and a warranty from Nikon. [redacted] will not give me a RMA# to return this product until he sends me an email to print sign and return. Then I have to call him back. I just want to ship it and get a refund and be done with this company. Looking forward to your help, Thank you in advance to your prompt attention in this matter.Desired Settlement: I only want my full amount of this product returned to me. $2199.00 so I may purchase the expected product from a real Nikon dealer.Thank you for your attention and cooperation in this matter.

Review: Misrepresented that Nikon L840 camera would not operate on regular AA alkaline batteries and needed special photographic, rechargeable batteries in special recharging kit. The rep then up-sold to a battery recharge kit.

When called twice a VERY rude rep said that it was not "rocket science" to know that cameras are no longer sold with regular batteries only. It is also possible but not provable that the camera was sold as new but actually is reconditioned. A printed instruction book was not included.Desired Settlement: Refund without restocking charge and by providing free return mailer all costs associated with the unneeded battery charger. Furnish printed instruction manual unless manual available on line.
