This company received my firearm at the end of February/first week of March because I was moving backing to NY and once I arrived to NY I changed my mind, so I personally came to the shop on 3/3/and had to state that I was next when they tried to wait on other people and they showed me the gun case and confirmed that they would send it back to NC to *** guns who had originally shipped it to them, I was told that they would and it would be no cost and they would send me an email to confirm shipment a week went by I never received the email I contacted *** and was told no return shipment and they would reach out to Allstar the next day I received a call from *** at *** and was told that" I needed to be nice cause these guns shops can be etc" I contacted Jake the same day he was very sarcastic and rude, he told me that he would get a label for me and placed me on hold and then came back to the phone and said that he would call me back to with the tracking information so
