[redacted] had attended our two week training program in NJOur instructor got the flu for last days of his 2nd week of training and the company was trying to arrange for [redacted] to attend our next training session for the days he missedCustomer has elected to have invoice adjusted and we are glad to do so for those missed daysTotal credit agreed to is $1,The customer and company president spoke this morning and both parties are happy with the resolution [redacted] is welcome to attend our NY training class at anytime in the future at no additional cost

Ding King is a family run business for the past years and a complaint like this has never occurredI take customer satisfaction very seriously and upon being notified by Revdex.com we immediately reached out to speak with [redacted] and have resolved the matter to the complete satisfaction of our customer [redacted] received hands on over the shoulder training in a temporary training location while our new state of the art training center was being completed and I can see how her experience was less than perfectI'm glad we were able to satisfy [redacted] and my offer to train her in our new NY facility or at our CA facility still stands.In the spirt of good business, [redacted] , President
