We groomed her dog Toby on April 20thShe said she was 'pleased with how nice Toby looked at pickupTwo days later she brought him in and asked that bis ears be trimmed a little shorter, which we gladly did
class="Apple-tab-span"> There was nothing wrong with the dog at that timeA week later *** *** came back into the shop claiming her vet said the dog scrum was irritated with dirty equipementFirst off we use a professional sterilizer so I knew this was not the caseWe always standbehind our work and told her if she brought in a statement from her vet saying we caused this irritation from grooming we would be more than happy to take care of this issueShe had shown pies of her dog that appeared to have an allergy issue or possible anal gland problems and had been scooting around on a carpetShe said her vet would not give her anythingWhich did not surprise me as we did not cause this dog's problem.Next she proceeded to say in front of a witness that everywhere else she complains refunds her moneyWhen I asked her if it was Petco orPetsmart she said yes and small businesses as well.....And if I don't she'll cost me money by harassing me on social mediaI don't take kindly to threats and will not compensate someone that makes a habit out of thisShe should be ashamed of herself
