Hello I want to express my opinion of TDW because not only need to speak out when a service is bad but also to make known our gratitude when a service is good and I am very happy with the service, I have dealt with *** and *** and they have been very honest with me from the start guiding me on how to grow my business , I have dining liquidation in my country , Honduras and I will continue buying from this company , I know them personally , visit your premises before purchasing and I've been lucky because I it went well
I am from Santiago de Chile and I am very happy with the service TDW , the visit on 2 occasions now and I've been buying them two years. I buy them toys sell well , I am considering the possibility of distributing wholesale because I have several order $$$$$ = )

AS of today 9/21/16 I still have no resolution from TDW or there owner xxxxxxx xxxxxxx!!! They have contacted me and asked if I would take down my blogs if I >>>>>>>Get ready for this!! If I send them another $2500 dollars and they will send me a and I quote A GOOD WALMART GENERAL MERCHANDISE LOAD!! REALLY???. There owner xxxxxxx xxxxxxx gave me HIS WORD AS A MAN that he would take care of my problem of THEM TDW sending me the wrong truck load!!! Instead xxxxxxx xxxxxxx wants me to send him $2500 for my truckload that I originally ordered and oh yea....$900 plus for shipping!! What kind of man is xxxxxxx xxxxxxx?? Definitely not a man of his word!! In this country when we say you have my word then you better back it up!! xxxxxxx xxxxxxx, you have not!!!! Being the owner of TDW how can ANYONE want to do business with these liars and cheaters???? It starts at the top of this company with LITTLE MAN xxxxxxx xxxxxxx!!
We as small business owners will be attending the convention in Las Vegas at the end of February...I HEAR that many people will be handing out many fliers on there experience of buying TDW CRAP MERCHANDISE while at the convention!! Hmmm what does this say about this company TDW and there LITTLE MAN owner xxxxxxx xxxxxxx? Join the movement people and lets get the word out on these LIARS and THIEVES TDW and there LITTLE MAN owner xxxxxxx xxxxxxx!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!.....I also got ripped off from these CROOKS!!! I even talked with the owner xxxxxxx x and he GAVE ME HIS WORD that he would take care of the problem. He LIED TO ME and his WORD IS NOT WORTH NOTHING!! If you can't take a man at his word says alot about his character and xxxxxxx x word is CRAP!!! Check out his facebook!! This company sells phony products! I bought two SD cards from them and neither of them worked. Then I find out that many people have the same problem. Then you have to pay for return shipping and you never get a return from them. They should not be able to be in business.
I ordered 2 headlamps with batteries and chargers, but the units did not come with the batteries. These are not normal sized batteries that can be replaced in stores and it is vital that they be included with the headlamps.
One of these headlamps was meant to be a gift, but sadly I was unable to use it as such without all the parts....This was very disappointing to me.
I have contacted The Discount Warehouse regarding this matter and am awaiting their response.

Im taking time to express my gratitude with Tdw, they've been very helpful, after calling many companies they were the 1st one to tell me the truth about the merchandise, they aware me I was buying the good the bad and the ugly from stores which helped me to feel secure and take my decision because all other companies (even those I lost money with before) were telling me the merchandise was in perfect shape just to take my money. my experience with tdw has been positive.
