I ordered some products from this site March 16th and never shipped out. On April 16th I asked for a refund and he assured me he’d ship it out. On May 3rd I asked for a refund and to cancel the order and he never replied. I emailed once more May 10th and still have not heard anything.

Package was ordered March 15th order number 1455. I have every email received from the founder Prestion *** stating I was to be given a refund but I had to pay a restocking fee after a month of not receiving my package or to wait for the package to be shipped which is still not shipped and no shipping number received. Company will not respond to any emails sent and will not answer any phone calls made from my phone and refuses to cooperate with customers on their social media pages and refuse to answer questions about orders not shipped dating back to march, prior to covid19 or further like my purchase as well.

I am rejecting this response because: the business only cooperated after I had asked for a address to send a letter from my Attorney which they refused to do. They took 2 1/2 months to answer a customer who already payed and I have every email as proof they told me I was a "high priority customer" and my package would be shipped soon. 2 1/2 months later no package and I was told I was disrespectful and misleading as they blocked me on every social media platform they had because I left my review amd thoughts of the company there. They refuse to give me a address for their business since they are working from home to let me send a letter from my attorney to sue them for theft with a refund or not as I am not the only person this is happening to. The company owner told me they refuse to allow me to sue them so I am being stripped of my right to do so from this business as well. I also have every email from thus company to prove everything they say I have no proof of.
