Review: This bakery provided absolutely unacceptable cupcakes for my wedding causing complete embarrassment on a very important day for me. When I spoke with manager [redacted] the day after my wedding 5/11/14 to discuss my unhappiness she agreed to refund me 50% by sending a check in the mail. 2 weeks later I still had not received my refund and after speaking to her again she stated it is because she has not gotten her cupcake stand back which was never discussed or determined to be a stipulation. In our original contract/receipt it was also never determined that getting the stand would be my responsibility. She said they would pick up the stand that weekend and I would receive a check. Two weekends and one more bottomless phone call later they still have yet to pick up the stand which is just sitting at my wedding venue waiting for them and I still have yet to receive my refund.Desired Settlement: 50% back from my original cost.
