My daughter recently moved from out of town, the pictures on the web site makes this place out to be a very safe and student friendlyI have not been able to speak to a manager; whoever answers the phone always has the same response "the manager is in a meeting"
The apartment she rented had fleas but it was left to the tenants to take of itWhen they first move in Aug the dishwasher was not working and still not working Sep
Tenants share mail boxes I believe this is a security issue since the complex in inhabited by both college students and non-studentsThey cannot safeguard the student’s identity
The personnel at the front desk are poorly trained and unprofessional
In regard to the complaint issued by MsRorstrom we have a number of avenues that she can take if her previous issues continue
"">From 6pm to 6am we have an onsite Courtesy Officer team that is available to take care of the following complaints in the letter:
-fighting
-use of paintball or BB guns
-intoxicated residents/guests
-any illegal activity
The Courtesy Officers are located in a guardhouse at the entrance of the communityThere is always a member stationed there for traffic control coming in and outThe number to the guardhouse is listed on the clubhouseIf she called the office afterhours she can press “3” and be connected to the officers
The issue of the broken window in the bathroom was resolved same dayA member of the Office Management and the Maintenance Supervisor were at her apartment door within minutes of being notified of the problemThe window was replaced within an hour and a half of the accident
The date in question over the AC not being fixed afterhours simply comes down to the temperature outsideDuring the period from 4/10/to 4/13/the temperatures at night when she would have contacted the night maintenance team were under degrees Fahrenheit: http://www.accuweather.com/en/us/jacksonville-fl/32202/december-weather/347935?m...⇄
