Revdex.com Jefferson St NE STE AAlbuquerque, NM 87109To whom it may concern:I am responding to the complaint made by [redacted] .On AprII 24, 2015, one of our employees went out to spray Ms [redacted] 's yard, for weedsPrior to spraying, our employee gave her an estimate of around $The employee was told by Ms [redacted] , that she only had $to spend, so he proceeded to spray her yard, for the $worthWhen finished he asked Ms [redacted] to come and look at what he had completed, to see if it was to her satisfactory, Ms, [redacted] proceeded to tell him It looked good and paid him $200.00, for the services rendered.A few weeks later Ms [redacted] called and was wanting us to go back and spray the remainder of her yardJohnny did speak with Ms [redacted] , and he asked her if she was satisfied with the spray job our employee didShe said, that he had done a great job, but needed the rest completedJohnny was never rude or hateful, we tried to resolve this matter with herWe made more than several attempts to contact her, to get the remainder of her yard sprayed, but she was never home or did not answer her phone.Unfortunately, we no longer have any trucks available to go back out to her resident and spray the area that was never sprayed.We will not be refunding Ms [redacted] the $Ms [redacted] was given the service, for what she paid.The Ditch Company, has been in business for over years, and has never had a complaint we didn't resolveWe are sorry, that Ms [redacted] is not happy with us, but we went over and beyond to try to resolve this.If you have any questions, please feel free to call meSincerely,Gina G***Vice President

I don't understand how someone can blatantly lie in good consciousThis is the first time I heard $for the jobI was told $to $and I said okayI showed the guy the area needing sprayed then came back inside to finish my workminutes later one of the two boys came to my door and said they were done and told me it was $So I wrote him a check, they left and I finished my houseworkI was not asked to come look as the letter saysYes I did start calling them again with in weeks when I realized the work was not done as I requestedI continued to call every week asking when they were going to come back out and finish the job they were paid forI got several different responses like a truck was broke and they were backed upWhen I was finally told they were not going to come back out, I asked to speak to the owner, the lady said she would have him call me and he didAnd yes Johnny was very hateful and rudeHe said it was doneI told him I was going to file a complaint and hung upAbout minutes later he called me back apologized and said he would be out Sunday but he never showed upThey never made any attempts to contact meI called weekly

I don't understand how someone can blatantly lie in good conscious. This is the first time I heard $400 for the job. I was told $150 to $200 and I said okay. I showed the guy the area needing sprayed then came back inside to finish my work. 28 minutes later one of the two boys came to my door and said they were done and told me it was $200. So I wrote him a check, they left and I finished my housework. I was not asked to come look as the letter says. Yes I did start calling them again with in 2 weeks  when I realized the work was not done as I requested. I continued to call every week asking when they were going to come back out and finish the job they were paid for. I got several different responses like a truck was broke and they were backed up. When I was finally told they were not going to come back out, I asked to speak to the owner, the lady said she would have him call me and he did. And yes Johnny was very hateful and rude. He said it was done. I told him I was going to file a complaint and hung up. About 10 minutes later he called me back apologized and said he would be out Sunday but he never showed up. They never made any attempts to contact me. I called weekly.
