Our venue was rented out by a company named [redacted] for the New Year’s Eve event on 12.**They were responsible for ticket sales and seating arrangements for the night [redacted] Inc DBA The DL was responsible for serviceTheir staff handled check in of all guests and if necessary, where they were to be seatedThe DL handled all aspects of service and securityIf a customer had an issue with seating arrangements, we were asked to direct them to the [redacted] representatives on siteThere were at least people working for [redacted] handling customer service that nightThis is most likely the reason the customer’s complaint was handled in the manner in which it wasAs far as the claim of our steps being unsafe, we’d like our guests to know that we staff according to the # of floors open and number of guests we’re expectingIt’s in everyone’s best interest for us to have ample security and support staff to the keep the venue clean and keep guests safe throughout the nightWe make it our practice to be sure our customers have the best experience possibleWhile it’s unfortunate that this person had a negative experience, we’re unable to compensate him with a refund from the venue directlyBecause [redacted] handled the ticket sales for that night, they are also handling any refunds for that nightAny additional issues regarding refunds or sales of tickets from that night, have been directed to [redacted] and they have been addressed by their full time staffUnder circumstances, we’d handle guest issues in houseWe trust that [redacted] will handle this situation the way we would and that it will be resolved in a timely mannerIf we can assist further in the resolution of this issue, we’d be happy to do so

If a customer had an issue with seating arrangements, we were asked to direct them to the [redacted] representatives on site. There were at least 7 people working for [redacted] handling customer service that night. This is most likely the reason the customer’s complaint was handled in the manner in which it was. As far as the claim of our steps being unsafe, we’d like our guests to know that we staff according to the # of floors open and number of guests we’re expecting. It’s in everyone’s best interest for us to have ample security and support staff to the keep the venue clean and keep guests safe throughout the night. We make it our practice to be sure our customers have the best experience possible. While it’s unfortunate that this person had a negative experience, we’re unable to compensate him with a refund from the venue directly. Because [redacted] handled the ticket sales for that night, they are also handling any refunds for that night. Any additional issues regarding refunds or sales of tickets from that night, have been directed to [redacted] and they have been addressed by their full time staff. Under normal circumstances, we’d handle guest issues in house. We trust that [redacted] will handle this situation the way we would and that it will be resolved in a timely manner. If we can assist further in the resolution of this issue, we’d be happy to do so.
