June 25th to go through images that was done. during this time she had not announced any concerns or unhappiness. I asked several times and nothing. Later that evening approximately 6 hrs. later she contacted me saying she was disappointed about the images and that she wanted full body images of her and her husband?

I am truly sorry my intentions are not to bash the client or family or friends. In events like this things happen that are under anyone's control. I made mistakes during this day and I have admitted it and well as my second shooter did too. I have done the best that I can do without breaking my contract to resolve this situation. I feel as if the client is picking apart the work done because of these mistakes that weren't just done on my part but done on others as well. Yes I am aware that I did not give out images that were full body but I have expressed many times that there was reasons for this. My contracts states that I do not give any unedited images and I delete the images that do not make the cut right away. These include the eyes closed
