I sent them all the document that she requested and I have been trying to get more information about where to go to take a bankruptcy court that I need and she did not help at all. I contacted Angela S to prepare my bankruptcy paperwork. Our first conversation was very brief. She over talked me & kept cutting me off. I brushed it off as her just having 'one of those days'. Each time we emailed she wrote me in all caps & she had an attitude. I told her that I didn't appreciate the way she talked to me & she needed to treat her clients better. She emailed me back & instead of apologizing to me, she responded back with a very hostile email. I asked her to just correct the issues on my paperwork & send it back to me so I could file it with the court. She again responded back with another hostile email. I called her (March 2, 2019) & asked why she was treating me this way & she said 'because you're an f

t? then she hung up on me. I called her back twice but she wouldn't answer my call. She emailed me back & demanded that I send her my income information. When I did she responded back with an email & was taunting me, stating that I couldn't add & I was lying about my income. She said that I'd probably hire someone else to do the paperwork, lie to them about my income, & she would be happy to watch me get thrown out of court. I told her that I didn't want to use her services anymore. She said that if I breached my contract with her she wouldn't refund my money. I never signed a contract with her. She never completed my paperwork with the updated information so I could file it. She didn't even attempt to work with me over the phone so we could make sure we were on the same page about the information that needed to be submitted on the paperwork.
Refund I would like for her to refund me the $280 that I paid her via money order. I would also like for her to never contact me ever again!

She knows who I am. I have the emails between us & I also can provide call records from the few times I reached out to her via phone. This lady is delusional for saying she doesn't know who I am!
The Document Lady is great she did a Bankruptcy for me, my best friend, sister, and my grandmother. She is the best never had an issue with getting any information from her.
I call Angela for my bankruptcy proceedings, I am very happy and I have all my papers to send to the court, I did not have to spend a lot of money to solve my problem. I would recommend Angela to anyone. Thank you, Angela. Maria L T
She took my money and did not deliver the product. Every time I ask her for it, I get belittled and I get the run around.
I sent her the money at the end of July. By August 7th I had already completed what changes I wanted completed for the rough draft and the class. I called to ask and she was very rude and hung up on me. I emailed her back and forth to no avail but basically she acts like I'm dumb, she belittles me, and she doesn't say a thing about my documents. It left me in a worse situation than I was in before because I trusted her to be honest and do the right thing. I want my money back or my documents.

FIRST DRAFT WAS SENT TO HER BY EMAIL ON JULY 31, 2018. THE EMAIL ASKED HER TO DO 3 THINGS: (1) REVIEW FOR CHANGES OR CORRECTIONS; (2) EMAIL ME AFTER YOU TAKE THE FIRST COUNSELING COURSE; AND THEN (3) GIVE ME A CALL SO I CAN GET YOUR CREDIT REPORTS. SHE EMAILED ME (SEE THIS EMAIL ATTACHED) ON AUGUST 6, STATING THAT SHE HAD TAKEN THE FIRST COURSE; SHE DID NOT REQUEST ANY CHANGES, AND SHE NOT INDICATE IF EVERYTHING WAS OK; SHE ALSO NEVER CALLED SO I COULD GET HER CREDIT REPORTS. I AM STILL WAITING FOR HER REPLY TO ITEMS (1) AND (3).
The Document Lady failed to provide the service she claimed she would do and has been paid for.
In April I contacted Angela 'The Document Lady' for assistance with filing for divorce after finding her name online. We spoke on the phone and she said she can help with that and told me the steps that would take place. I was not ready to go forward with it and did not have the $150.00 that she required at the time and spent April and May receiving email after email from her asking if I still wanted her help. I explained that yes I did when I had the extra money I would. She sent me a questionnaire to fill out with personal information for myself and my husband. On August 13, 2018 I filled out the form and mailed it certified with a money order for $150.00 as she instructed. She acknowledged receipt of papers and payment on 08/16/18. She said she would need 1 to 2 business days to compile a rough draft of the divorce fillings for me to review and would email them to me. On 08/22/18 I emailed her asking about the status of the paperwork and got no response. I then called her the very same day and she answered, when I said who I was she said she didn't know anyone named*** and abruptly hung up on me. I attempted to call her back several more times and it went to voice mail. I then had a friend try to call her and she ended up hanging up on her when she found out who It was. I then told her in a text I would report her to the FBI. No response. On 08/23/18, the day I am writing this, she has sent me 5 repeat emails in large bold text stating; " SO HOW DID THINGS GO WITH THE FBI? NOTHING? TOOOO BAD. SOOOO SAD. AND TELL YOUR GIRLFRIEND TO TAKE A HIKE TOOOOO!!!!!" she then attempted to call me this afternoon and I let it go to voicemail. She said " The FBI contacted me and we need to speak it's urgent" Well I hadn't called the FBI yet but I did speak to the local police dept for advice so I know she was lieing. This is the last communication I wish to have with this person. She should not be in business. At this point she did not follow through with what I hired her to do and I want my $150.00 refunded. If I had know the amount of grief she has caused people in the past I would not have contacted her. No other services are requested from her and she needs to destroy my personal information that she has. Luckily I have fraud protection in place already. I am only requesting a refund because services were never rendered as promised.

I SEE NO EVIDENCE TO SUBSTANTIATE ANY OF THESE LIBELOUS AND FRAUDULENT ALLEGATIONS. ESPECIALLY IN LIGHT OF THE FACT THAT ALL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED AS AGREED.
I hired this woman to prepare my bankruptcy papers and after she received payment she disappeared.
AFter I received the email telling me to complete the first bankruptcy course, I responded as directed to let Angela know that I had completed it. There was no response. I called and got her on the phone, told her that I had done as she had asked and she said ok. After that, when I emailed her she acted as if she didn't know who I was and will not answer or return phone calls.
I would either like to have the paperwork completed or receive a refund for the $280 I had paid.

She claims to not have heard from me since I sent her money in March. Why would I send her $280 and then never follow up? I have emails that she sent me in April, pretending to not know who I was after I stated my name several times. After I received this response, I phoned her and now she will answer her phone to tell me she has no record of all of the voicemails I have left her but because of the complaint she is no longer obligated to do the job I paid her for.

I have already paid the $250 fee and the $30 fee for the credit reports. That is the fee that was quoted to me for bankruptcy paperwork.

I sent this woman paperwork to write up my bankruptcy forms. She stated that I was to give her half the money upfront she would do a 1st draft. She sent me a copy and asked in the email if it was correct I sent her a email back stating it was not correct. She rudely demanded we send her the rest of the money.I feel the work should be correct before I pay her to finish it. She now says if I don't pay her the rest of the money we are done doing business. I have asked for a refund of my initial payment because the work she has done is not right. She has refused.

She sent me a first draft yes but it was completely wrong the information on it was incorrect all I asked for was a correct version of the first draft. Why would I pay her more money when the first draft was not right. Also after filling this complaint she called my phone and left me a nasty message and called me very vulgar and disrespectful names. Then called again the other day and left a message saying I filled my complaint and I still have nothing to show for it. She is harassing me now because she didn't do her job right. She is a very rude and unprofessional person I don't sudggest working with her.

I have said time and time again after reading all her negative reviews, before she did any work for me I asked for a refund as is my right as a very concerned client. She of course refused Instead she mailed me some useless documents. I would never trust her to fill anything out for me. Please take a moment and read all the negative reviews Just type in her phone no. 863 404 0934. Unfortunately I did not figure this out until I paid her. You will see that there is even a video, which was made with her permission, with a very disappointed client It was recorded with her permission You really have to watch it If you have you would. You would see she is obviously not well. She is also extremely rude and very obnoxious. I am done if Revdex.com doesnt see any of this then what further can I say PLEASE just watch the video of her and her client I guarantee you would want a refund also. Just remeber she offers free advice which is also aginst the rules. She as a paralegal is not allowed to advise but she did anything she could to get my money thank you. Please dont let anyone else do business with this lady!!!

Angela was very easy to work with and I would highly recommend her. She had my divorce papers to me within days of our first conversation.
Worked with Angela in 2013. I live in St Petersburg and everything was done by mail and phone. After submitting all info I naturally worried about my case and found Angela not very responsive when I called. I took it personally but I'm happy to report everything worked out fine. She didn't need me to tell her how to do her job. I recommend her to people all the time but tell them to practice patience when dealing with her.
Stay away from this lunatic. I spoke to her about bankruptcy paperwork and after deciding to go with another person she went ballistic with phone calls and voicemails. Called me stupid and dumb and laughed that I was going to get screwed and she would say hahahahha..
Contacted Angela the document lady about helping with filing Bankruptcy. She took my money sent me 1 draft and then did not hear from her again.
I contacted Angela to help me file my Bankruptcy . She gave me information that was correct told me her experience. She was loud and yelling at me over the phone but needing to file I was looking to be able to afford as I had 2 lawyer consults and they are so expensive I could not afford it. I check BB and she had a b- rating her complaints seen to be her rudeness I figured I could handle that .. I sent her 310.00 that was for her services and credit reports.. she sent me the paperwork to fill out and then a rough draft. I sent her an email and to correct some things and never heard from her again. 2 weeks later we had hurricane Irma go through so I thought well maybe she had not power..( I have a wedding business and I still called my clients and kept them up to date.) let 2 more weeks go by and called her told her who I was and she hung up on me. called back and left her a message to return my money or I will be going to a lawyer to do my bankruptcy and take her to court. This Lady is a scam. She is well versed in Bankruptcy law but has no intention of helping you. she does just enough to get you to send money order and look like she is going to do this.
I just want a refund of my 310 dollars so i can retain a lawyer to do my bankruptcy.

8/17/17 TL called me for the first time
8/28/17 I received TL's completed Questionnaire and her payment of $250
8/30/17 AM - I emailed the 1st draft to TL
8/30/17 PM - on the same day that I sent the draft, I received the first (AND ONLY)
call from TL asking for status--she was already very antzy
9/7/17 I began to finalize TL's the documents
9/10/17 Hurricane Irma hit Florida -- I lost power, water and toilet facilities
9/18/17 my electricity came back on
9/21/17 TL filed this mercenary complaint
I am not going to waste a great deal of time with this person's inconsiderate, mean and greedy complaint. Hurricane Irma hit Florida on September 10, 2017. I was left without electricity, without water and without toilet facilities until September 18, 2017 -- for 8 days. Three days later, TL filed this egotistical complaint. TL never called me (and she certainly never emailed me to check if I was even OK after the hurricane! TL narcissistically seems to think that I should have spent those 8 days looking for a place where I could finish her paperwork before I looked for a place for me and my son to shower, a place to get a hot meal and a place to use the toilet. And on top of all that she thinks she is entitled to a refund? She ate half of the steak and now she wants a refund for the other half? It's not happening. I can only assume that TL has suffered a head injury in the hurricane, otherwise why would anybody act to selfishly after what has just happened to all of us and in light of the many things we are all still going through to get our lives back to normal.

This abusive woman has stolen all the financial resources we had available to apply towards resolving our financial hardships. Additionally she is in possession of all of our personal and financial data. Given the lack of professionalism, and empathy that she has shown throughout our interactions not to mention her blatant disregard for legal procedure we are appalled by her incompetence and surly demeanor! We now are forced to restart the entire "5 day" process after wasting a month's worth of time being both verbally abused and harassed. We are shocked and dismayed that this individual has repeatedly done this behavior taking advantage of people that are in a crisis situation without experiencing any repercussions or remorse. The only thing left to say is that someday what goes around comes around and karma is a ***. We are looking forward to when that time will be her day!!!!!

ON MAY 17, 2017, I RECEIVED FROM DRF BY CERTIFIED MAIL HIS COMPLETED QUESTIONNAIRE AND HIS DEPOSIT OF $155. I CALLED HIM THAT SAME DATE TO LET HIM KNOW THAT HIS PACKAGE HAD ARRIVED. DURING THAT CONVERSATION, WE DISCUSSED 2 LAWSUITS THAT HE SAID WERE PENDING AGAINST HIM. I TOLD HIM THAT IN ORDER TO STOP THE LAWSUITS HE NEEDED TO FILE A "SUGGESTION OF BANKRUPTCY" ("SOB") IN EACH CASE. I TOLD HIM THAT MY FEE WAS $50 TO PREPARE A SOB, BUT THAT SINCE HE NEEDED 2 OF THEM, I WOULD DISCOUNT MY FEE AND ONLY CHARGE HIM $75 FOR THE 2 THAT HE NEEDED. SEE EMAIL 2 ATTACHED.
AS PROMISED IN MY ORIGINAL EMAIL, ON MAY 19, 2017 (2 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING HIS PAPERWORK), I EMAILED THE FIRST DRAFT OF HIS DOCUMENTS TO DRF. SEE EMAIL 3 ATTACHED. THAT EMAIL ASKED HIM TO DO 4 THINGS: (1) PAY THE BALANCE OF MY FEE, (2) LET ME KNOW IF HE NEEDED ANY CHANGES, (3) TAKE THE FIRST COUNSELING COURSE, AND (4) CALL ME SO I COULD PULL HIS CREDIT REPORTS. DRF PAID THE BALANCE OF MY FEE, BUT HE DID NOT PROVIDE ME WITH ANY CHANGES UNTIL JUNE 7 AND ON JUNE 9, 2017, THEN HE TURNED AROUND AND FILED THE PRESENT COMPLAINT; HE ALSO NEVER CALLED ME TO GET HIS CREDIT REPORTS. AS A CONSEQUENCE OF DRF'S FAILURE AND REFUSAL TO ASSIST ME IN COMPLETING HIS DOCUMENTS, HE HAS VIOLATED THE TERMS OF OUR AGREEMENT AS STATED IN MY EMAIL OF MAY 10, 2017, THEREFORE, HE IS NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND.
I RECEIVED NO REPLY FROM DRF TO EMAIL 3, SO ON MAY 22, 2017, I RE-SENT THE EMAIL OF MAY 19. SEE EMAIL 4 ATTACHED. ON MAY 24, 2017, I RECEIVED A PACKAGE FROM DRF CONTAINING THE BALANCE OF MY FEE AND THE ADDITIONAL $75 FOR THE 2 SOBs. BUT HE DID NOT REPLY TO MY EMAILS OF MAY 19 OR MAY 22.
ON JUNE 2, 2017, I RECEIVED EMAIL 5 FROM DRF ASKING FOR STATUS IT APPEARED THAT HE HAD NOT READ MY EMAIL OF MAY 19 OR MAY 22, OTHERWISE HE WOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO ASK ABOUT STATUS. I WAS THE ONE WHO WAS WAITING ON HIM TO COMPLETE THE ITEMS FROM THE FIRST DRAFT EMAIL. I CALLED HIM AND LEFT A VOICEMAIL THAT I WAS WAITING ON HIM; HE NEVER CALLED BACK, AT LEAST NOT TO ASSIST ME.
AROUND THIS TIME, MY 11-YEAR OLD GERMAN SHEPHERD, ***, HAD BECOME VERY ILL. SEE 2 VET RECEIPTS ATTACHED AND TITLED "*** RECEIPTS." ON MAY 30, *** WAS DIAGNOSED WITH A TUMOR IN HER LEG AND THE VET PUT HER ON PAIN PILLS. THE VET TOLD ME *** ONLY HAD DAYS TO LIVE; *** WAS *** ON JUNE 10, 2017. I ONLY SAY THIS BECAUSE IT PREOCCUPIED MY LIFE VERY MUCH.
ON JUNE 3 AND THEN AGAIN ON JUNE 4, 2017 (SEE "EMAIL JUNE 3-4" ATTACHED), DRF SENT ME SOME VERY UNWARRANTED AND IRRATIONAL EMAILS, MAKING ALL SORTS OF OUTRAGEOUS ALLEGATIONS AND THREATS. HE ALSO BEGAN TO TELEPHONE ME REPEATEDLY (USUALLY AT VERY LATE HOURS) WITH THE MOST VILE STATEMENTS, INCLUDING SUGGESTING THAT I HAD BEEN *** BY MY *** I ONLY REPLIED BY REPEATING THAT I WAS AWAITING HIS REPLY TO THE MAY 19 AND MAY 22 EMAILS. SEE EMAIL 6 ATTACHED. DESPITE HIS ALLEGATIONS AND THREATS, DRF DID NOT EMAIL ME WITH ANY CHANGES TO THE FIRST DRAFT AND HE DID NOT CALL ME SO I COULD GET HIS CREDIT REPORTS. HE WENT SO FAR AS TO CALL THE FIRST DRAFT "UNUSABLE FLUFF." SEE EMAIL 7 ATTACHED. THAT EMAIL CONFIRMED TO ME THAT HE HAD AT LEAST LOOKED AT THE DRAFT. BUT HE NEVER DID EMAIL ME WITH ANY CHANGES AND HE DID NOT CALL FOR THE CREDIT REPORTS. HE ONLY CALLED TO SAY *** THINGS AND MAKE EMPTY THREATS.
ON JUNE 4, I TRIED AGAIN TO GET HIM TO SEE REASON. SEE EMAIL 8 ATTACHED. BUT HE PERSISTED IN REFUSING TO ASSIST ME. SEE EMAIL 9 ATTACHED. I TRIED AGAIN ON JUNE 6, 2017. SEE EMAIL 10 ATTACHED.
FINALLY, ON JUNE 7, 2017, DRF EMAILED ME THE CHANGES THAT HE NEEDED TO THE DRAFT AND THE FOLLOWING DAY I REPLIED TO THAT EMAIL "DONE" INDICATING THAT I HAD MADE THE CHANGES. SEE EMAIL 11 ATTACHED. THE VERY NEXT DAY, JUNE 9, 2017, DRF FILED THE PRESENT COMPLAINT, THEREFORE, VIOLATING THE TERMS OF OUR AGREEMENT AND, CONSEQUENTLY, FORFEITING ANY REFUND.
ON JUNE 9, 2017, DRF CHOSE NOT TO PROCEED WITH THE COMPLETION OF HIS BANKRUPTCY DOCUMENTS. HE DECIDED INSTEAD TO FILE THIS COMPLAINT. AND HE DID SO (1) DESPITE THE DELIVERY OF THE FIRST DRAFT EVIDENCING MY GOOD FAITH, (2) DESPITE MY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT I HAD MADE THE CHANGES TO THE FIRST DRAFT EVIDENCING MY GOOD FAITH, AND (3) ABSENT ANY EVIDENCE OR INDICATION ON MY PART THAT I DID NOT INTEND TO NOT COMPLETE HIS PAPERWORK,. IN OTHER WORDS, HE DID SO FRIVOLOUSLY, MALICIOUSLY, IMPULSIVELY, AND IN CONTRAVENTION TO OUR AGREEMENT. THEREFORE, HE IS NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND.
FURTHERMORE, DRF HAS POSTED SEVERAL SLANDEROUS ADS ON *** ABOUT ME AND MY SERVICES. ATTACHED IS ONE OF THOSE *** ADS TITLED *** AD." HE FALSELY CLAIMS THAT I STOLE MONEY FROM HIM, THAT HE HAD NOT RECEIVED THE DOCUMENTS PROMISED, THAT I DID NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS. AND HE MALICIOUSLY SLANDERS ME BY CALLING ME A SCAM.
DRF HAS STATED IN HIS EMAILS, HIS TEXTS AND HIS VOICEMAILS THAT HE "WILL NEVER STOP." I HAVE RETAINED ALL OF HIS EMAILS, THE RECORDINGS OF HIS DISGUSTING VOICEMAIL MESSAGES AND HIS TEXTS IN THE EVENT THEY SHOULD EVER BE NEEDED IN THE FUTURE. HIS LATEST TEXTS CAME IN ON JUNE 23, 2017.
WHY WOULD DRF FILE THIS COMPLAINT (1) ON THE EVE OF HAVING JUST SENT ME, FOR THE FIRST TIME, THE CHANGES TO THE FIRST DRAFT, AND (2) DIRECTLY AFTER I CONFIRMED THAT I HAD MADE THE CHANGES? DRF DID SO MALICIOUSLY AND WITHOUT CAUSE, THEREFORE, HE IS NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND.

I have wasted enough time and energy with this individual.
Facts
1. Money was paid in full and documents received via e-mail were completely unusable. Fact Documents have printing across them in bold letters stating "TEMPLATE". Fact all required information that she requested was sent overnight (twice).
2. She was paid an additional fee to pull a credit report. To date this has not been done.
3. She was paid an additional fee to supply suggestion s of bankruptcy forms. All requested information has been supplied. Fact no Documents.
4. How can I not be entitled a refund. You haven't completed the work.
5. Fact I took a copy of everything I provided to The Document Lady to a local Bankruptcy Attorney. They were able to complete the filing without any additional information.
6. Regarding her treatment of clients. I have saved several voice mails from this individual all advising me as to the past professions of my mother, grandmother and spouse. I would be than happy to play them for anyone who is interested.
7. One final fact. I have filed a small claims suit against this individual in Polk county.
A few things consumers should be aware of.
1. Florida has Districts to where you can file. Angelia couldn't tell me where to file paperwork.
2. Each District has different sets of requirements to file as well as additional documents that are necessary to complete your filing. The Document Lady provided zero information or documents.
3. People can agree with me or not. Bottom line do your homework before you proceed.

Okay sure lets assume I did everything wrong. I Was the worst customer ever. I get it, it happens from time to time. I went online and ordered the book from *** on how to file bankruptcy. If I had the funds to hire someone else then I wouldn't have ever worked with Angela or put up with her blatant disrespect and abuse!!
1. Why wouldn't you refund the money paid to you for "suggestions of bankruptcy"? since the forms were not completed therefore you did nothing to actually earn a fee... The obvious the answer is NO.
Assuming my info was unusable then say thank you but NO we cant complete your paperwork.
2. At what point did you pull the credit reports for both parties? We paid a fee for this addition. We have a monitoring service. To date the credit reports haven't been pulled.
3. You were paid in full for a complete Bankruptcy (forms) filing. We used ZERO.ZERO of your forms.
Lets say we used 50% of your prep work and nothing else. How can A reputable business say we are not entitled to any refund???
