Dear Ms***:As we discussed this morning, below is our response to the complaint and demand for $made by [redacted] ***, assigned by Revdex.com as ID # [redacted] Thank you very much for allowing us to provide this response Please feel free to call me at [redacted] if you have any further questions or concerns[redacted] and [redacted] ***The Doggie Spa, Inc.Response by the Doggie Spa, Inc.This report to the Revdex.com, which is the very first in our years of business, comes as a complete shock This customer claims something we did caused irritation to his dog’s eyes and that, as a result, he had to take him to a veterinarian, incurring $in expenses However, the customer has never -- to this day -- provided us with a vet bill showing that he in fact visited a vet after receiving our services and that there was irritation as he claims, nor did he invite us to talk to the vet to determine what happened Had this been timely done, we immediately would have investigated what may have occurred and rectified the situation We have hundreds of regular customers who rely on us to take care of their pets, and we use only safe, gentle, products, and a highly trained grooming staff To report this to the Revdex.com before providing us the vet bill shows bad faith and an ulterior motive on the part of this individual Further, his demand that we pay him $cash on top of the vet bill is a huge red flag This was a new customer, and his initial comment when he first came in to our store that he was unhappy with other groomers he had used in the past, and wanted to, in effect, “reach over the counter and ring their necks.” While I sensed this customer may prove to be a problem given his comments, we still took his business and did a phenomenal job on his dog, which I (Mike, the owner) personally handled and oversaw myself Over the years, we have had several customers who have complained about satisfaction, and 100% of the time, we have reimbursed their services, provided free services, and have done everything we can to rectify the situation It is hugely disappointing to a small business owner who works every day to provide the highest level of service that someone can post an unsubstantiated complaint, resulting in damage to the business We remain willing to discuss this issue directly with the complainant, and will review any documentation he provides

have any further questions or concerns.[redacted] and [redacted]The Doggie Spa, Inc.Response by the Doggie Spa, Inc.This report to the Revdex.com, which is the very first in our 14 years of business, comes as a complete shock.  This customer claims something we did caused irritation to his dog’s eyes and that, as a result, he had to take him to a veterinarian, incurring $80 in expenses.  However, the customer has never -- to this day -- provided us with a vet bill showing that he in fact visited a vet after receiving our services and that there was irritation as he claims, nor did he invite us to talk to the vet to determine what happened.  Had this been timely done, we immediately would have investigated what may have occurred and rectified the situation.  We have hundreds of regular customers who rely on us to take care of their pets, and we use only safe, gentle, products, and a highly trained grooming staff.  To report this to the Revdex.com before providing us the vet bill shows bad faith and an ulterior motive on the part of this individual.  Further, his demand that we pay him $500 cash on top of the vet bill is a huge red flag.  This was a new customer, and his initial comment when he first came in to our store that he was unhappy with other groomers he had used in the past, and wanted to, in effect, “reach over the counter and ring their necks.”  While I sensed this customer may prove to be a problem given his comments, we still took his business and did a phenomenal job on his dog, which I (Mike, the owner) personally handled and oversaw myself.  Over the years, we have had several customers who have complained about satisfaction, and 100% of the time, we have reimbursed their services, provided free services, and have done everything we can to rectify the situation.  It is hugely disappointing to a small business owner who works every day to provide the highest level of service that someone can post an unsubstantiated complaint, resulting in damage to the business.  We remain willing to discuss this issue directly with the complainant, and will review any documentation he provides.

Dear Revdex.com,
[redacted] and [redacted], do not indicate any relationship to the corporate entity, The Doggie Spa, Inc., to authorize them to respond on behalf of The Doggie Spa.
Nevertheless, I will proceed and respond only to Mr. [redacted], the party I dealt with.
The next sentence is correct and there is no plausible explanation to refute it.  Mr. [redacted] had the care, custody and control of Kermit for the grooming from 10:00am to 1:00pm.
The following sentence is false.  Not only did I inform Mr. [redacted] that I took Kermit to the Vet and why I did, but I gave him the details of the Vet visit and treatment.  But, Mr. [redacted] continued in his "bull headed" attitude regarding his business, etc. and gave no indication that he had any interest in accepting any responsibility for Kermit's condition.  Had he indicated any willingness to investigate I would gladly have given him a copy of the Vet's bill.  As it was, Kermit was treated for 10 days, during which time he had to wear a funnel collar.
The next sentence is false.  When I spoke with Mr. [redacted] that night I gave him all of the details I had.  Again, he expressed no interest and again denied that he had any responsibility for what happened to Kermit.
Most of the rest of Mr. [redacted]'s comments are irrelevant and self serving.    And the comment, "reach over the counter and ring their necks" is not only false, but it is an expression I never use and is the result of Mr. [redacted]'s imagination.  And, further, it should be noted that I have not asked for my money $78.00 back, as the grooming was satisfactory.
But, the last sentence is the first indication that Mr. [redacted] is willing to discuss the issue and review any documentaion I provide.
[redacted] and Kermit

Review: On February 12, 2015, at 10:00am I took my dog, Kermit, to the Doggie Spa for a complete grooming. I picked him up at 1:30pm and took him home. He had difficulty opening his eyes and keeping them open. I contacted the owner, [redacted], by telephone, and explained the situation, only to be met with his total denial that his services could have caused Kermit's condition. He continued to argue about the merits of the soap used and the length of time it has been used. He said three people, including himself, had worked on Kermit. We spoke a number of times by phone but he continued to totally deny any responsibility for Kermit's condition. As Kermit's condition persisted, at 6 o'clock, same day, I took him to my Veterinarian, [redacted]. He was treated by Dr. [redacted]. Kermit had an infection starting in his right eye and scratches on his left eye. I was given medication to administer and he was placed in a cone. He has improved to the point where I can stop giving him medication on Wednesday March 4, 2015.From the time I delivered Kermit to the Doggie Spa and until I picked him up and took him to the Vet, whatever caused his condition was done while he was in the care of the Doggie Spa.Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] and the Doggie Spa to accept responsibility for Kermit's condition as the result of the Doggie Spa services because there is no other explanation for it. the Doggie Spa should pay the Huntington Pet Vet bill of $80.00, and for my time and efforts $500.00.
