BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I placed an order on Black Friday and it is now January and I have never received my productsSince Black Friday, I have been in contact with Chyna but she has done nothing except given me poor excuses about when I would receive a refund AND my productsI finally received a refund which I had to inconveniently retrieve through moneygram, although I paid via ***In addition, she would seem very frustrated as though I was doing something wrong to herMost businesses would be apologetic and would rectify the situation as soon as possibleI have learned of other friends and customers who have encountered the same experienceOne of my friends never received her products or a refund a year laterI almost feel as though she is a scamShe is very shady, unprofessional, and untrustworthySince there are so many customers being cheated and lied to by this woman, something needs to be done about this poor businessI would never recommend this business to anyoneShe has given herself and her brand the worst reputation one could ever haveTHIS IS HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE!

Review: I ordered products from this company on February **, 2014 Online through the company's website. I paid using [redacted] I received a receipt,almost a week later I received shipping information from the company. Upon checking the tracking the number the [redacted] website said the tracking information was received. I frequently checked the shipping but as the week went by it said the same thing on [redacted]'s website. I went to the dollhouse company website and left a message weeks went by I never received a reply. Upon researching the company I found them on a lot of social media websites. I stumbled upon the email address for the company on Instagram. I emailed [redacted] and she replied saying the products had been shipped but [redacted]'s website said differently. I called [redacted] and the customer service representatives explained to me that a shipping label has been generated butthe shipment had not actually been handed off to the [redacted]. I emailed dollhouse once again, this time mrs. Chyna stated that Her shipping company had been stealing from her and my order would be sent out when they restocked the products I ordered. Again weeks passed everytime I emailed her I got the same reply. Once I asked for a refund she simply stop replying to my emails.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my 70.00 dollars I ordered a flawless face kit which was 65.00 dollars and shipping for the products was 5.00 dollars.

Review: I first purchase my products from dollhouse cosmetics on May * , 2015. I initially waiting the two weeks for my items , nothing came , then it it turned into a month. By that's time I had email the owner Chyna to see when I could expect the items , she never replied . I then contacted her via [redacted] where she did respond and told me she was running a little behind and once she got to the store she would send my tracking number ... I never got it. I waited a week and contacted her again via [redacted] where she gave me the same excuse ... I mentioned to her that I no longer had interest in the items and that I want a refund. She agreed but I have yet to see my refund . I recently contacted her again 5 days ago and still nothing . I am beyond through with the unprofessionalism and lack of respect and courtesy this woman shows ...she is full of excuses and is not really trying to fix the situation . Her business practices are shady to say the least . People need to be aware of her. She seriously lack customer service skills and needs to be held accountable .Desired Settlement: First and foremost I would appreciate the return of my 65.00 for items I never recieved . Items , that when I got in contact with Chyna , I specifically told her I no longer wanted or needed. Secondly she should be looked into for her business practices ..she is unprofessional and lacks customer service skills .
