Do NOT Hire! He has cheaped so many people out of their $ and no work done!
He is an evil person.
Don *** did provide adequate services , receipts, invoices, or contract for the 1/2 upfront payment.
Everything was communicated through text. Numerous occasions asked for receipts, invoices, and a contract. 1/2 cost was expected upfront for services and was paid. However, price was too high. I asked for a contract for everything and he did not provide. He did not do any of the work himself and contracted out services and labor. Don *** took money and did not care about the quality of work. He was not on time. Everything was suppose to be completed a week ago. He refused to provide any documentation. I request a refund or invoice of where $$$$ went towards?

I would like a refund for services or breakdown of costs and documentation or contract for what and how our deposit was used.
I posted needing a fence guy on the Nextdoor site and was contacted by Don *** Thankfully people had posted on here and I could quickly see that I didn't want to hire a scammer.
He showed up to "measure" my fence, but didn't have a tape measure. A couple of days later he left my quote on my doorstep. He was wanting to charge almost 4 times more than three other companies and he wanted $4000 in deposit. Yet never measured my fence. A legit company will never ask you for a deposit.
He also sells some kind of water in one of those scams where you go up the ranks by how much you sell. It is described as snake oil in many of the reviews. My doctor laughed when he saw it and threw it away. I never take anything without having it checked out first.
Upon learning I wasn't hiring him to do my fence, and telling him that he has an F rating on here, he asked for his snake oil water back. lol
Don went to my mom and dad's house to consult about doing some painting and removing the popcorn from ceilings. He quoted them $2200 and asked for half up front since they were starting the next day. My dad gave him a check for $1100 and Don quickly took the check to the bank and cashed it. No one came the next day or for that matter the entire week or weekend. He made up some bogus story about his guys had a issue at another house and kept saying they will be there tomorrow.... I called him a week in to them not arriving to ask for my dad's money back and he said he would have the money returned by the end of the week. They have not received a check and extremely doubtful they ever will based on all of the reviews below. Sad that this con artist was in my parents home and they trusted him with their money. Do not do business with this man no matter how nice you think he is. That's why my dad tried to hire him, because he thought he was nice and never looked at the reviews.
