Also, as for the attorney issue this was due to your terms being 50% Deposit & Balance COD, which we have noted was also communicated to [redacted] by the Sales Rep and verified by our Service Co-Ordinator when she spoke with [redacted] to schedule the work on 10/31. [redacted] confirmed that a check would be available at that time. Once the work was completed [redacted] informed our technicians that she decided she would just mail the check in.   I made sure that our office manager sent over a confirmation invoice showing paid in full so you have it for your records as you requested and I apologize for the delay.
