I dealt with [redacted], the owner. He appeared nice at first, but what a rude person he really is. Calls go un-returned. [redacted] forgets what he promises. He would confuse me with someone else when I call about my order. The installers complain that installation amount was too low.
After four weeks of waiting I went to the showroom to inquire about my order only to be confronted by [redacted] and his son who threatened to call the police and get me thrown out of their showroom. He also threatened to to kick my a**. When I asked them to give me my $1,500 deposit back if they can't deliver and install the doors. [redacted] replied " [redacted]." I have no idea how this situation will play.
STAY AWAY FROM THOSE PEOPLE. YOU'LL HAVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE AT A FLEA MARKET.
