My experience with The Door Mill has been disappointing. I work for a Builder and could not get the sales rep. "Matt" to return my phone calls or emails, which caused total frustration, ordering delays, and tenth hour confusion. I called one of the owners to express my concern and saw no difference in service whatsoever. Do yourself a favor a choose a different door company.
