I truly believe there is very little review/verification of the correctness of orders.
I ordered four MDF doors. Two of the doors came in the wrong dimensions. KitchenCabinetDoors.com remade and delivered them quickly, but they were the wrong style. I spoke with the manager who assured me the doors would be made correctly the third time. I reminded him not to forget the additional hinge holes I had paid extra for. Third set of doors were delivered quickly in correct style and dimensions except they did not have the additional hinge holes I paid for. Can't even imagine what ordering 20 doors would be like. Overall, they did try to make it right, but they just lack any verification process.
