According to customer The Door Store ran two promotions at the same time. One was for hardware and the other one was for a door promotion which included hardware. Unfortunately we could not combine to promotions at the same time. The Door Store understands customer confusion about these two promotions. At this time we will make exception for our customer and provide the door level, which she has requested for no charge. The Door Store will inform the customer about this order and schedule service call to replace existing hardware.

Door was ordered as written on the invoice. Customer signed invoice. When door came in, he looked at and then took home. Once doors are built we cant return.

The door that was ordered was determined by the salesman. I did not come in and choose at random, I ordered what was recommended by the salesman. As he pointed out he "has been on the door business for a long time." I would expect him to posses the ability to look at a picture of a door and choose a correct replacement, given that is his job. I even asked if I could pay for the door after it came in because I was weary of paying for a item that was not physically present. However I was told I had to pay in full at the time of ordering. It was not mentioned to me at any point that they do not allow returns. I did not realize that the door that was ordered did not match until I got home and compared it to the other doors in my home. I have not unpackaged or opened it in anyway, I want to bring it back and receive a full refund.

After patronizing this company several times, my last garage repair was not completed properly. My garage door remains broken and I have to pay another company to do the repair properly. While attempting to speak with the owner about the situation I was told by the owner, "That is why there are so many "BLACKS" in jail!" His comment was racist, rude, unprofessional, and completely off base. I am a professional with two graduate degrees. Needless to say I DO NOT recommend this company to ANYONE!!

The customer ordered a door from The Door Store which is a special promotion on our website. This door came with complimentary hardware with round knob. The customer claims they selected hardware with Lever which is incorrect. [redacted], would have mentioned to the customer that this...

hardware does not come with a lever.  We do not have invoice with lever hardware for this customer.  The Door Store invoice says, Emtek handle set hardware. This specific hardware comes ONLY with a knob. There is no specific instruction on invoice that the customer placed an order for a lever. The Door Store let the customer know it would be an extra charge for the lever hardware. Customer never responded to The Door Store email on specific lever hardware they wanted to order. At this time if the customer would like to place order for lever hardware they are more than welcome to order and we will come and install this new hardware.
