No wonder this company is not accredited There is a reason for this I ordered some baseboards and corner rounds I had the baseboards delivered because they came in and were feet longProduct was in ok shape, very dirty, but we were going to paint them any way I overlooked it After the installers came, we realized we were corner rounds short I called and paid for additional over the phone on 8/ I was told that the corner rounds would be in on 8/or 8/at the latest I went in on the morning of 8/to pick up the corner rounds because my installers were coming that morning to finish the jobI showed up at 7:am when they opened They gave me a packing slip, told me to go to the second door, to pick up the corner rounds I waited there for minsNo one aroundFinally, I walked around the corner where there were a couple of guys working, said that they would get the guy who was supposed to be at the desk greeting customers Older guy, EXTREMELY rude shows up saying that the product was not thereHe told me to take it up with the lady at the deskI walked in and she said that they forgot to order I asked why didn't anyone call meShe was soooo incredibly rude, I had installers coming that morning to finish the jobShe never apologized, never offered anything to resolve their issue VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I told my contractor about it and he said that he would make sure never to recommend them

Worst service I have ever had with an establishment! They charge $to give you an estimate and then don't bother to show up or callWhen you contact them to see if they are coming they are extremely rude, condescending and act like its your faultThe general manager is extremely rude and it took multiple phone calls to them to get my money back for them not showing up!

I'm giving this company the lowest marks possibleThese guys are shady*** *** is not real brightAnd worse than that, he is dishonestWe built a fairly large home that had doorsSuffice it to say, we thought this was a significant order for them and that they would have given it some attentionWe were promised one delivery date after anotherWe had to constantly follow up with themThere was no proactive communication on their partOnly excusesIt took them months longer to get us our doors than what they had promised.This significantly delayed the build out of our homeEven when we went above *** head to the owner, *** *** promises were made and brokenI am so disappointed that we trusted themDon't be fooled like I was by your initial impressionsThey do come across as good peopleBut when the rubber meets the road, its a completely different experience

I ordered some baseboards and corner rounds. I had the baseboards delivered because they came in and were 37 feet long. Product was in ok shape, very dirty, but we were going to paint them any way. I overlooked it. After the installers came, we realized we were 11 corner rounds short. I called and paid for 15 additional over the phone on 8/26. I was told that the corner rounds would be in on 8/27 or 8/28 at the latest. I went in on the morning of 8/28 to pick up the corner rounds because my installers were coming that morning to finish the job. I showed up at 7:30 am when they opened. They gave me a packing slip, told me to go to the second door, to pick up the corner rounds. I waited there for 10 mins. No one around. Finally, I walked around the corner where there were a couple of guys working, said that they would get the guy who was supposed to be at the desk greeting customers. Older guy, EXTREMELY rude shows up saying that the product was not there. He told me to take it up with the lady at the desk. I walked in and she said that they forgot to order. I asked why didn't anyone call me. She was soooo incredibly rude, I had installers coming that morning to finish the job. She never apologized, never offered anything to resolve their issue. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I told my contractor about it and he said that he would make sure never to recommend them.

The Door and Trim Store has been nothing but trouble. We were wanting to update our baseboard and door casing on the downstairs of our house, and decided to use the door and trim store since our contractor had used them for the remodel we did on the upstairs of our house. HORRIBLE IDEA. First I called and got pricing on the baseboard, door casing, delivery and installation/removal of old baseboard. After finalizing on the amount needed for the total project I paid the invoice and set a date for delivery and another date for installation. This is when the problems started. On the day that they were to deliver the baseboard and door casing I called to see what time to expect them. After holding for some time a person came on the phone informing me that the product wasn't in yet and they were going to be delivering until Friday, (I was supposed to be delivered tuesday). I let that go and simply asked that they call me friday when they are on their way to delivery so that I could ensure someone would be there to receive it since I wasn't off Friday, (i had already taken tuesday off when it was supposed to be delivered). Then on thursday I got a call from the guy I had been working with and he told me that the price he had given me for installation and removal was incorrect and that was only installation. It was going to be another $385 for removal. How do you give someone the wrong quote and go back on your word after they have already paid???? I was getting annoyed at this point but even let that one go call them back on friday to let them know my husband and I would be doing the removal. Finally the product was then delivered on Monday and we had rescheduled for the install to happen the following monday. My husband and I painted all the baseboard and door casing and were all set for the install on monday. Today is Monday and they guys are here installing. One positive about the door and trim store, their installers are very nice and have done a nice job thus far. However, I was informed that I was short on the door casing and they didn't have enough for one of the doors. I couldn't understand how that was possible, I WAY OVERESTIMATED when calculating how much baseboard and door casing I needed. I looked back at my invoice and saw that I had ordered 203ft of baseboard. I was only sent 192ft (12 pieces of 16ft casing). Rather than sending the customer a little over, 208ft if they sent 13pieces of the 16ft casing, they sent me under, I'm guessing hoping it would still be enough. Well it isn't and there was a reason I ordered as much as I did. Now they are having to bring out another piece of casing, I will have to paint 2 coats of paint on it and they will have to either wait around for install or come back later today to install. I like the product from the door and trim store but their customer service is terrible and they are horrible to work with if you are an organized person. Will not be recommending them to any friends.

Suffice it to say, we thought this was a significant order for them and that they would have given it some attention. We were promised one delivery date after another. It took them 2 months longer to get us our doors than what they had promised.This significantly delayed the build out of our home.
