This information is in Regard to a letter you faxed it to DoubleTree by Hilton Modeston on 09/09/

When he made the reservation via our central reservation it clearly told him verbally and in writing

send the guest list by 22nd March (Exhibit 1)Few of his room got the rooming list or guests called and change it to their nameHe was contacted by our sales Manager *** *** prior to
His booking and he told her that keeps all rooms in other words his guests are still coming
His four Rooms because No show*** *** called and I told him that as it was guaranteed reservation and your rooms become Now show we have charged you a Now Show charge for four Rooms as on those two days our occupancy was 100% full
After a while as he kept calling we decided to give him out of four room NOW SHOW refund the charges
Of three rooms (Exhibits 2/3/refund of the money) which at that point he took itWe took loss of three rooms and told him that we will not refund for one room
Looks like he is still not very happy
We will go ahead and refund his last room too as he has involved you into it
At any point we showed him utmost courtesy to him & his guest as we run a very professional hotel
Please let him know I have refunded his last No show today and he will see a credit to his credit card within ten days

Review: I reserved 10 rooms with my credit card for my wedding night.Lots of guests reserved rooms and some were not allowed to reserve. We found this out after the day we started at the hotel. I was never told that we had deadlines to cancel un reserved rooms by other guests. I thought all rooms had been reserved due to the fact that they (our guests) had stayed at the double tree where we stayed at. The night of our wedding, last minute guests requested rooms under my name and some drove home. We were not greeted properly as the security guard parked our cars and the host never gave us a cookie like they promised to do. The bartender was overwhelmed and failed to acknowledge our wedding group. [redacted] the manager has changed my credit card for 4 rooms as "no shows" apparently because of a deadline which I knew nothing of. After calling and getting the run around."I filed a complaint with my credit card because of a deadline which I knew nothing of. When I called and reserved the 10 rooms, I used a different credit card because I noticed that the credit card charged was never authorized for room reservations. When I called and reserved the 10 rooms, I used a different credit card. The one charged was used for breakfast and somehow linked to my "no show rooms". It has been a nightmare as [redacted] tried making me a deal by refunding 3 rooms and forcing me to purchase one room. He promised if I payed for one room I could have a "comp king double room suite". I asked him to put it in writing and took 3 weeks to do so. The email he sent me stated "comp king regular room". I wish to receive a refund in full never stepping a foot in this hotel as long as I live. The staff at this hotel is truly unprofessional and just plain rude. Thumbs down for this location.Desired Settlement: Full refund
