Review: I gave the owner products to sell for me through there consignment since 9/7/2014 and the total cost of the items after his commission was $1210. The owner had refused and failed pay me for the items I gave him to sell or return the items back to me. I have tried to resolve this matter with the owner numerous of times, instead he had just been given me the run around driving from San Jose to Stockton and he is no where to be found after an agreementto meet multiple times and the last time on 4/8/16 at 1:15pm, I visited the store to discuss a settlement and "he told me to come back at 3pm ...I arrived at the store at 2:50pm and told me wait for 20 minutes and waited for an hour." He was no where to be found. I strongly believe that, have a very unethical business practices which I don't understand if if is part of the fair business practice act such as taking payments cash without recording it, not keep effective records of sales, no log to proof that there was a sale etc, because I requested for all does document and was on unable to provide any of my sales records.Desired Settlement: Not being able reach the Owner with regards to a settlement agreement since the 4/8/2016. I went there to discuss settlement and he was no where to be found. I spent three hours in Stockton waiting and was not answering after he told "wait for 30 minutes I will be there."

Review: Purchased an item from store went back to store before item was delivered and salesman refused to give refund

I went in the bargain center I purchased a china hutch on 8/17/2013 before item was delivered I went back for refund 08/20/2013 and salesman refused to give me a refund and told once he sold it to someone else he would then refund me my money I said I then let him know that I was going to file a police report and contact the Revdex.com. He said go ahead so that is what I am doing.Desired Settlement: My money in return 200.00

Review: Took furniture on consignments, in May 2013.. Said he would have me paid off in one month. Two month later tell me he has booking keeping issue and would be making bi monthly payments of 100 dollars.. Fast forward 9 months only received 400 dollars.Every time I call him he tells me he would be sending me a check. Now it been over one year have barly have half of the over 1100 dollars he owes me.Desired Settlement: Paid the money I am owed. 800 dollars.

I am rejecting this response because: I have been told numerous times over the phone by [redacted], that he is going to pay me 150 dollars.. This have been going on for over year.. I reject his offer cuase it has been a stall effort for his company to pay me, what he owes. .At this point I need payment in full otherwise I will proceed to court...
