Company misdiagnosed problem with my windows and incorrectly measured for new single pane of glass. Turns out there are two panes of glass -- one is a storm window. Refuses to return deposit.
Review: I have complained to the NY State department of consumer protection and then company never responded. I have contacted the company directly several times with no resolution. They were hired to replace a window, measured wrong, and were supposed to correct the problem and replace the window. I paid $350 in advance and they refuse to reimburse. It has been many months and I've had to hire another company to replace the window.Desired Settlement: I am seeking a refund, which the company previously promised.
