Although you have said you sent the payment twice, and sent us "confirmation" from ***, we have never received the paymentsWe contacted *** bank and they could not give us any information without you on the other lineI've contacted our
bank and they have confirmed that payment has not been receivedWe have asked numerous times to confirm where this money is being sent, only to have the subject skirted aroundWe even asked for the number of somebody in accounting, but unfortunately she never returned our calls and was out "sick" for weeksWhen asked how the money was sent, we were told several times it would be directly deposited in our account, then only to be told on 8/the check would be mailed to usSo which is it, deposited directly in our account or mailed to us? The second confirmation you sent us was dated a whole month before you said you sent the paymentThis certainly raises red flags and makes it difficult to believe any of our conversations. We will consider this matter closed ONLY when we have the payment in hand or in the bank, as we will not just take your "word" or "confirmation notice" that it has been paid, since it has been unreliable in the past
