On 11/8, she e-mailed customer service again,
inquiring where her refund was, confirming that USPS had delivered her returned product to our warehouseWe could not find the product.
There were no voicemails left on our customer service line, we are wondering if she had the correct number
on 11/28, we were contacted by Ms*** again via e-mail, and she still had not been refundedWe could not find the return item, but in good faith refunded $to her at 1:PM, and sent her e-mail notification
