The Drain Cleaning Company

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # 12105291. 
I completely dissatisfy with [redacted]'s (aka [redacted]) response. 1) He did not clear the line, he didn't charge me for video inspection because he knew he didn't fix the problem (I have an video inspection from [redacted] INC in AVI format which I can provide for upload if your system allow me)2) He did not pour 10 buckets of water, he ask me to pour single of bucket of water to test it.3) I called before 4pm and texted him at 4:30pm on Sunday afternoon not at 9pm that he states on his response (See text message for proof)4) He agreed to reimburse me the whole cost of job if I can't wait (See text message for proof)5) He gave me an address that's not where his company located and my certified mail was never claimed and returned.6) My sewer line was backed up for 3 feet in basement with waste products7) The company advertised 24 hour emergency service8) He got complaint on [redacted] site if you were to type in his company name9) He advertise his company under different company name, address and phone number on [redacted] site

This is regarding my only complaint about the drain cleaning inc I did respond but for whatever reason im not seeing it this customer is impossible I remember this well as it was my only complaint ever he is trying so hard to get me to pay for everything not fair I went their and gave him a free...

vidio camera inspection which I told him is 200 doallars just so he would see what was going on then I ran my snake out which I charge 325 for but he was complaining and complaining about so I only charged him 300. And then I vidio camera inspection again!!! For free the line was clear he had at least ten huge buckets of water he dumped down the drain and had turned on all water faucets the drain went right out so he paid me a total of 300 8 days later he calls me at 9 pmon sunday night I live 2 and a half hours away he knows this he wants me out there now right now says its not draining I told him I could be there first thing in the morning he said no he wants me right now that I could not do even though its been a week and everything worked something happened and I get blamed I was still trying to make him happy I told him to call another company and send me invoice well he sent me a invoice for 1000 !!! He compained about my 300 bill but no problem spending 1000 for same thing I would have paid him his three hundred to be more then fair but 1000?? No way he is trying to rip me off im a nice guy I always go the extra mile for my customer always cut costs do camera for free just to make them at ease this guy is not fair he is threatening me with goung to news tv he told me he wont rest untill im out of buissiness and this is the thanks I get this is how I feed my family
