Quick and easy to deal with.

On 11-11-15 Eldon (sp?) called for permission to come out earlier than the scheduled time in order to fix two drains at my residence. I appreciated getting the call instead of his just showing up outside of the scheduled time.
A bathroom sink on the second story and a bathtub downstairs were draining but VERY slowly. Both were repaired promptly and professionally. Although his snake punched a hole in the sink's P trap (probably 50-plus years old and virtually rusted through), he managed to catch most of the water in a wastebasket and used rags to soak up the remainder from the wet carpet. His concern for potential damage to the carpet exceeded my own and was very much appreciated. The bathtub drain received similar attention.
The level of professional expertise and and courteous service was exemplary and very much appreciated. I definitely would call again for repairs to "anything that should drain" but isn't.

Eldon came out and found the problem quickly and charged us a fair price. We were very pleased with his work and have already recommended their services to a co-worker! Would definitely use them again should the need arise!
