On January 7 I had the Drain Surgeon come to my house to unclog my shower drain. Some plumbers recommended him when they couldn't unclog the drain. The Drain Surgeon came to my house and used his high power jets to unclog the drain. He gave me a two week guarantee. He was only here ten minutes and charged me $225.00 cash. He gave me a two week guarantee. When I called him that the problem wasn't fixed, he told me to contact another plumber as he cleaned the whole house. Even though I called before the warranty was up, he wouldn't honor his word. I ended up calling Roto Rooter and they said the lines weren't clean and snaked my lines. I paid them $550.00 for their work.
