customer called on Sunday, April 2, and stated that she no longer needed the items ordered and would like a refundThe customer was told that a refund is not possible as the items were already orderedI have a no refunds policy because the manufacturer that order from allows me one business day to cancel or make a change to an orderThe customer's order was placed with the manufacturer on March 27, When the customer called on April 2, 2017, it was past the one business day timeframe to cancel the order.Since the one business day timeframe to cancel/change an order is a tight deadline, I have implemented a no refunds policyThe policy is stated on the website and is also displayed in the boutiqueIn addition, every customer's receipt has the informationThe customer's dress will be delivered to the boutique as promisedShe had asked us to resell it, but we don't resell dressesShe can do that when she receives her items.If you have any additional questions or concerns, please let me know.Thanks,Deborah COwner
