The Drop Reviews (%countItem)

On April 16th 2020 I had made an order for my medication from The Drop. When they came to my house for delivery, the driver had no gloves or mask and my bag was not stapled shut. They are not taking safety seriously in this COVID-19 pandemic. They are treating the business like drug dealers no care or concerns for the patient. I go back to my Previous statement about them treating the business like drug dealers because, I had realized that I had given the driver one hundred dollars more than I was suppose to. But by the time I realized that they were closed, so I send them a message the next day telling them what had happened.the manager said they had 'no overages in the drawer? and 'if you show me the proof I will gladly replace it? and insisted that I was wrong. He also told me ? I cannot help you and I have no choice but to remove you from the system you will have to find BUSINESS elsewhere'. The fact that they show no safety concerns for patient's medication. And can rip off their patients because there is no Secure way for patients to pay for their medication without getting ripped off. They are taking advantage of people when there is a global pandemic and it makes me sick.

Desired Outcome

Replacement I want general safety standards to be met. Along with the driver counting the cash in front of the Patient before leaving to prevent any miss transactions. My bag should have also been Stapled shut but it wasn't the stable had been removed. So there is tampering with the medical prescription, if they aren't using gloves when they are meeting people. They definitely are not using them when filling Prescriptions. And if at all possible I want my 100$ back

Mr *** has submitted no proof that this incident has even occurred and it is Mr ***s responsibility to verify his own cash before handing to people. No overages in our drawer at end of evening and gladly offered to replace Mr ***s $100 if he could show that we actually received his cash but he could not. We told Mr *** what he expected us to do for him with no proof and he was insistent on getting $100 returned to him. Mr *** has no idea how we function outside of his view so he is incorrect about how serious we are treating this epidemic and all staff has masks and gloves and daily temp checks before shift. At this point Mr *** has still not provided any proof that this incident occurred but as a business in good standing I would make a good faith effort to give Mr *** $100 cash just to resolve this matter and move forward. Let me know if this is sufficient to resolve this matter and close the case. Thank You and have a great day. John

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I do not accept this response, I do not accept this because they have not taken ownership of what has happened. The driver that came to my house had no gloves or mask. And I can care less about the money. At this point it's about owning and moving on. I shouldn't need proof to get my money back, as a business you should be held responsible and be able to provide proper sale practices. When I was texting "John " I had asked who the driver was to make a claim. He had said the the driver was his son, and gets paid well and would never do that. Then told me he was gonna remove me from the system. After that I had texted him for their mailing address and he ignored me. It wasn't until I made a complaint on here then he had hit me up saying he would give me my money back if I remove my complaint. Then on April 28th 2020 he said and I quote " but as a business in good standing I would make a good faith effort to give Mr. a $100 cash" unquote . This shows that they know they are wrong. They wouldn't just make a good faith effort for me to get my 100$ cash back because if they did they would of just done it in the first place. This is their way of trying to fix this without taking ownership.
