began getting upset about paying for her rental and put extreme pressure on Atlas Body Shop to complete the repairs. On our last day of business for the week (Friday) we thought we had completed the repairs at the very end of the day. The vehicle had some trouble codes (i.e. the traction control light and ABS light) that we were able to clear with our code computer tool. When we delivered the vehicle to Ms. [redacted], we believed we had addressed all concerns with her repairs completely. Ms. [redacted] returned to the office to report a problem. We found that the problem lights had come back on. ** informed her that we would have to take the vehicle to the dealership to address these lights since we were unable to solve the problem. ** also told her that there is no guarantee what day the dealership would start on the vehicle if we did that. ** gave her the option to make an appointment with them so she would not have to be paying for rental over the weekend and however long it would take to solve the issues. Ms. [redacted] did not seem to make an issue with that at the time. Ms. [redacted] came back the next week and was upset that she would have to take it to the dealership herself. She also indicated that the backup sensors were not working. She was also upset that her spare tire jack hardware was not properly put back in their location. We took the vehicle back in our shop and took the vehicle to the dealership. They discovered that the OEM hub that we purchased from the dealership’s parts department was defective. Once they replaced their defective part it cleared up the problem with the trouble codes and the backup sensor. We also secured her spare tire jack hardware. The complaint we could not correct as part of the insurance claim is the vibration she feels while driving. Our technician determined that it was not a problem from the accident but due to lack of tire rotation.

We have addressed the customers concerns, resolved all the issues,  and returned the vehicle to the customer. The customer picked up the Vehicle August 18, 2016. The customer is going to bring the vehicle back in on September 6, 2016 so as to replace a special ordered part at that time the...

customer agrees to contact Revdex.com letting you know the issues have been resolved with the vehicle.

I am rejecting this response because: my vehicle still isn't complete and the pressure to get my car fix should of need done timely. My insurance stopped paying because I had reached my limits! My car still isn't repaired correctly and I am having to take it back again for the 3rd time. I like how they make light of the situation as it's no fault of theirs! I want my car fixed as it should be we I trust these repair facilities to do their job and they have certainly let me down! Or course I was saying ok at the time I picked up my vehicle it was 7 o'clock at night and that is when they decided to tell me I would have to take it to the the dodge dealership he was very convincekng that was the best way to do it and the following week which was a Monday I asked my is it my responsibility to do this they are responsible to fixing my car and returning it to me completely fixed but I guess that's not their concerns obviously I'm having to take it back as I stated before!

I understand that you have contacted Atlas and they called me up and gave me my car back, I have driven it and all seems to be...

good. I would like to close out or cancel this dispute. I thank you very much for your quick response time and that is all it took for them to do the right thing.
