I have had the Dry Guys clean my carpet twice and have brought 7 area rugs to their location for cleaning. They did a fabulous job. The carpet wasn't wet so furniture could be moved back right away. The technician was prompt, professional, friendly, and answered all my questions. Will definitely will use them again. Great job!

I just have to give kudos to The Dry Guys carpet cleaners for the excellent job they did cleaning our carpets throughout our whole house. From Kathy's initial visit giving us her professional advice and estimate right down to Alec and Dimitrius who actually cleaned the carpets this was such a successful great experience. From their professional manner, knowledge of their products and services and high quality work, I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in cleaning their carpets and wanting to know the difference between dry carpet cleaning instead of wet steaming. We had some really tough stains that Alec and Dimitrius continued to work on and their pride in their job and perseverance paid off. We were extremely pleased. We have been doing wet cleaning for years. This is so much nicer. Can walk on it right away- no waiting for a week for it to dry. Our service technician Dimetrius. Was very friendly and knew what he was doing. Liked him a lot.. Thanks again Dry guys, see u next year!!!

They did a great job again this time. My recliner which was very dirty, looks almost brand new.

The quality of work was just average, we have only used The Dry Guys on our carpets throughout the years, but this last time, I was not impressed with the job, it was late afternoon so the lighting was bad, but the next morning when I looked at it, the same small spots were there and it looked exactly the same, I was not impressed with the knowledge of the guys that were sent to do the job, it took them 20 minutes to measure and calculate a very small job... We have no pets and our house is 7 years old and I'm a clean freak so this should have been a very easy job. They had to move one piece of furniture our couch which only had to go 2 feet backwards on to the wood floor, when they moved it back they scratched the wood floor in a very noticeable spot a deep scratch that we now will have to fix, the guy asked me if I had a magic marker to use on it when I said you scratched my floor.

The technician was very professional and courteous.He explained how the carpet cleaning worked and you can use the carpet immediately after cleaning because of the dry cleaning technology.I would recommend the dry guys to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned.

First, Kathy came to our condo for an estimate. She was most knowledgeable and answered our concerns. The gentle man Demetrius also was prompted, efficient and knowledgeable. The fact that our carpet was dry everywhere when he was done was the most amazing fact. I would recommend their services to all.

Just had our carpet cleaned by the Dry Guys in Kenosha, WI. They do such excellent work, and the technicians are always courteous and respectful. This is the second time this year I had my carpet cleaned and I will continue to use Dry Guys. It is so much cleaner, fluffier and smells so fresh as compared to steam cleaning.

Friendly staff + good prices + really clean carpets = happy customer!

The Dry Guys were prompt and efficient. The carpets look great upon the completion of the job. They removed grease from under a recliner. Numerous visible spots on the carpet left by grandchildren were removed. They did 5 rooms, a hallway and downstairs steps in 2.5 hours including the time of the estimate. I could walk on the carpets immediately upon completion because they clean with a dry product.

The Dry Guys did an amazing job cleaning our carpets and couches! I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. They showed up on time, very polite and informative.

I was very pleased with the service from the initial scheduling call to the follow-up call after the work was completed. Everyone was very polite and helpful. We had three workers at our house for 4 hours and they did not stop once! After they were done, they walked me around the house to show me their work (yes, we could WALK ON THE CARPET THAT QUICKLY!!) and explained any troublesome spots.
