The Dry Cleaning Factory is in practice of price gauging and hidden fees. The business is charging a higher price for items with a "designer Label".
The Dry Cleaning Factory is in practice of price gauging and hidden fees. The business is charging a higher price for items with a "designer Label". Shirts to be cleaned and ironed are billed at $3.29. Shirts with a "designer label" are being billed at $5.29. This is a hidden fee and this kind of pricing is unfair to the customer. At $2/per shirt, this is an added fee of $700 / per year. I have been charged this unknowingly for 3 years now. Also, the business is utilizing this practice on all of its customers, taking in upwards of hundreds of thousands of dollars in hidden fees. When confronted, the business refuses to charge the same price for all shirts.
I would like the return of fees for all shirts ironed that encompassed *** additional hidden fee. Average $1000. I would also like the business to be ordered to charge the same fee for all shirts, as well as return all hidden fees to its current customer base.
