really want to get this matter resloved I came highly recomeded to *** *** im a painting contractor I told them that I cant do the work cause im a painter but I Had a contractor that could they said Great so I sent a bid to them to be sign and return to me it never happen.Before I work on a property I do a bid that has to be sign and a contract.that week I went to do a job out ofState when I return from out of town the conyractor has allready started the job at this point I thoght I was out the Picture cause I olny work if its in black and white that works better for me.so I guess the guy DID not do a good job so they want there money back I dont no what they DID but to my understanding they talk to *** and was sopose to correct it I told tom I would help get job done but I guees it didnt happen due to some bad weather I would love to help them out just wish they would of let me no they were sending money to the contactractors so I could mrg job plus sign contract so I need your help I do a lot of work in indy dont need any problems so what do I need to do please help me love my company and love working in indy Great Customers Sorry *** job DID not go as planed but im Sure we CSN come up with something *** *** 281-***

Thanks for your response to my complaint I can't tell from your response what the game plan isFrom what I understood you were Circle City Paining and RemodelingAfter our phone conversation 6-weeks ago you told me two things:
1) You didn't understand why A&K did NOT finish the job YOU gave them and you had worked together in the past and wanted to help them out2) You told me that you'd personally refund the money in full by Friday of that week, even though I paid them directlyI understand that you are caught in the middle, and no one is taking ownership of the project From my standpoint, you gave me the BID and I had no clue that *** was a separate company At that time I thought I was chatting with a partner in your company who gave me the wiring instructions to pay for the jobAt this point if you personally can't complete the job or confirm *** will finish it (this week) I would like the refund of $that you promised me over the phone You also requested my Chase Account information to refundI'm extremely concerned that the four new A/C units are going to disappear due to not being secured and need your utmost attention to confirm job is completed or refund my moneyRegards,

Sorry I did not receive the message to respond to CircleCity. At this time they have not finished the project. I have asked multiple times, tried to set up a day for them to show up at the property (Last Tuesday), and even had the property manager reach out to them. They refuse to finish the project or refund the money I sent them
