unfortunately we have hit several hurdles regarding timely payments with this customerSuffice it to say ***'s current payment option status is "Prepay" and has been for some time.Recently, *** *** *** * *** requested and received a quote for games, to be prepaid through our *** accountWe quoted an amount, including fees for shipping and handling*** questioned the S&H feeWe advised him that figure included the *** fee that is charged to us for the quoted amountFrom previous correspondence between us, *** fully understood the existence of such a fee charged by *** disagreed with paying said feeWe offered *** the option of sending a check, thereby avoiding the *** feeThis option did not please him at all.90% percent of our distributors pay by checkA very limited number of sources pay by other means, including ***We do not think it is fair and equitable to spread these fees over our entire customer base as they would not receive any service or benefitWe did not mislead *** with the *** fee, nor did we bait and switch himWe offered *** two options prior to moving forward, neither of which he chose to acceptWe did not rescind either option and hope *** reconsiders his decision.Sincerely,Mary FMike F
