I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find they are correct.  I named them in error. However, I would still like to file a complaint against whatever company is selling their diet plan under the name "SOUTH BEACH DIET."  It may be Nutri System, as I find I have received emails from them.  Can I copy the text of my complaint and start fresh? Thank you for your help with this matter.
