Mr *** was a Rural Broadband client until ***Client was advised that due to signal interference difficulties with his tower site, which is out of our control to resolve, Cross Country would discontinue to operate this tower site
I was in our office the day Mr *** 'pretended' to be a new client and our CSR did not promise an installAs standard practice, he was told a signal test would be required, and we would inform him if an install was possible
Due to his location, I regret Cross Country cannot provide an alternative tower site to provide internet service
In these cases it is our policy to recommend the caller contact *** for installation of their satellite delivered internet service
I regret we do not have a solution for Mr *** at this time, and understand his disappointment with the Rural Broadband service

They have never come to the house to verify that service cannot be obtainedThe house next door to me has serviceMy house is in fact on top of a hillI have seen and in fact had residences that needed a mini tower or antenna tower installed to gain access to serviceI have been more then willing to work with cross country cable to help regain service as *** I rely and high speed internet service ***I did seek out *** as requestedThey cannot provide service without extensive tree removal due to satellite location and the service will not do what we need it to do
