On 2/24/2020, I placed an online pickup order which was scheduled for pickup at 12:30 pm on the same day. When I arrived for pickup, the restaurant was closed. I contacted the restaurant on 2/25/2020 and spoke with an employee that stated he was aware of the order and that I would be refunded $12.02, the amount of the order. I still have not received a refund for the order. I have contacted the store on two additional occasions to try to resolve. Both times, I have been placed on hold with no return.
