Their customer service is non existent. I had to contact PayPal to contact them when my groceries did not come as promised. Now I am stuck with NO groceries. This is poor business practice. I will NEVER order from them again!

Review: To Whom It May Concern-I became aware of the easy market because my local supermarket has a truck parked outside for deliveries and advertises 10% off with a coupon code painted on the site. I placed an order at approximately 9:30 Monday morning, April [redacted]. The first issue is that the coupon code painted on the side of the truck was not valid. I placed my order anyway and received a paypal "receipt for your payment" but did not receive an order confirmation. I chose a delivery time on April [redacted] between 4 and 7pm. When I did not receive my groceries by 8pm last night (a time sensitive service as I have no food in the house), I reached out to their customer service email. I reached out twice today, once to the customer service e-mail and again to their general information. I have not received a response, not have I received my groceries.There is no telephone number for me to contact.This is not an acceptable way to do business.Desired Settlement: I believe this company should be shut down. This is not an acceptable way to do business: not being in contact with customers regarding issues, not abiding by their terms of service to delivery groceries within a certain window, advertising a coupon code that is not valid.I minimum I want a full refund of my order plus an amount of $50 which is equivalent to my hourly wage, which I was unable to do to perform while dealing with this issue.
