Contact Name and Title: [redacted] Contact Phone: [redacted] Contact Email: [redacted] If she purchased a gown on [redacted] as she claimed there is a processI do sell on [redacted] and we do not accept returns on gownsIf she wanted me to sell her gown I would never ask her to mail it, she would have to come into my storeIf she returned something as she states there would be a record of it through [redacted] or [redacted] I do not accept payment directlyI do not accpet returns on [redacted] and especially for buyer remorse which that is what [redacted] calls it if someone orders a color and it is that color or if they order a size and it is that size it is non refundableI am sorry but I cannot help her she would need to go through the process that she and I agreed to and abide by rules they set for usIt seems she is going outside the rules as she feels they are not for herThank you
