Cracks in concrete can appear at any time and are normal. The standards described in your 10-year structural warranty require that cracks be of a certain width to fall within its coverage.
The issue of peeling is unusual, but often occurs...

due to the application of salt or other chemicals on the driveway during winter months.
Peeling of the concrete does not fall within the parameters of the 10-year structural warranty.
Thank you.

Home Creations has met with the homeowner to discuss this issue.  The toilet handles used in the customer’s home came pre-assembled from the manufacturer.  However, we are working with the homeowner to see if there is a means of tightening the handles to meet the customer’s preference...

without compromising the function of the handles.   Thank you.

Customer acquired ownership of home in 2009.
Builder provides all customers with a one (1) year comprehensive warranty and a ten (10) year RWC structural warranty ("RWC"). Once the 1-year warranty expired in 2010, customers assumed...

responsibility for all home repair issues.
Customer describes home repairs arising in 2012 and 2013, after the expiration of the customer's 1-year warranty. Therefore, no action is warranted by builder.
Thank you.

First of all its not a home repair issue, its a structural issue, I don't believe it. The plumbing was not done right underneath or there was a leak, or pressure or something. I am not a plumber so I can explain but the plumbing company who fixed it, they would explain it better. secondly all these issues were discussed with the manager and he didn't say a word about one year and 10 year but instead he promised to get back to me and help me out with these and now they coming back and trying to avoid it. That's not a good business, that's just selling the not well done homes and then leaving it on the buyers to tackle with the structure.
I would appreciate if they handle it professionally and they have people all the time in the area and fix these issues before we get into to further arguments.
Thanks

Customer acquired ownership in 2009. If customer believes a structural issue remains, the RWC 10 Year Structural Warranty remains in effect until 2019. Customer can contact RWC and initiate a claim for review. Customer had opportunity to receive service from builder for one year only. Thereafter, homeowner assumed full responsibilities for home.
Thank you.

The fence was reported as having been repaired by February 1.  Home Creations staff will review the fence by March 15 and, if additional work is needed, initiate repairs after notice to homeowner. Thank you.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/06/16) */
The weather in Oklahoma in recent years has been such that many fences in Oklahoma City of all kinds have experienced damage.
Customer acknowledges that his purchase contract excludes fence from warranty coverage.
Contrary to...

customer's claim, three managers, from the Warranty and Construction departments, all visited the customer's property and reviewed the issue of the fence.
The managers determined that customer's fence was not defective.
Thank you.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/06/18) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Home Creations has once again lied to Revdex.com and the response is unacceptable. If Home Creations is away that the weather in recent years has damaged fences, they should improve their quality of work for the amount they charge for their homes to insure that fences withold the weather. Home Creations does not built quality fences and area held up with minimal material with cheap nails and screws. Upon our final warranty check up, [redacted] looked at it and stated that the fence was in horrible shape. Home Creations has a habit of saying what is expected to be heard but does not follow through. There has never been anyone that has come out to my home to look at the fence nor has anyone called me asking permission to come out and check the fence so they are lying to Revdex.com just to save face of their rating with Revdex.com. No one has ever looked at the fence or they would have seen the warped boards that aren't aligned to the post and they would have seen boards laying on the ground and parts of wood planks held by cable wires. To lie to Revdex.com and say the fence was not defective is a blantant lie and Revdex.com should send out someone to verify that Home Creations has indeed lied to cover up their lack of quality construction. They know their fences are constructed poorly which is why they don't cover it in the warranty cause they know they'd lose money cause they outsource to companies to put up cheap fences paying them cheaply. I can provide any picture documentation to prove my claim as well as Home Creations construction by-laws that the fences must be constructed with metal poles and these fences are not constructed with metal poles. Home Creations should be ashamed in lying to their customer and Revdex.com. No managers has seen the fence and there was never a phone call from Home Creations in providing a resolution for the problem.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2015/06/26) */
Customer acknowledges that his fence is not covered under his warranty. Upon taking ownership of the home, customer is deemed to accept those portions of the property which are not covered under warranty in "as-is" condition.
If the customer, after closing upon his home, asserts that a non-warranty item is defective, the customer's proper recourse is to contact the manufacturer of that non-warranty item directly for redress. As a courtesy, Home Creations has forwarded the customer's complaint to the fence contractor.
This matter should be resolved between the customer and the fence contractor.
Thank you.
Final Consumer Response /* (2000, 11, 2015/07/02) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
Fence contractor has contacted me in regards to my fence admitting to poor material and had worked with Lowes to replace fence. Fence was replaced on Wednesday July 1st.
