We did service Mr [redacted] on April 28th, and the our charge for this service was $I have attached our invoice for future referenceBesides that, there are numerous things that [redacted] has stated that we do not believe to be trueFirst off, the Ecoplumbers does no business through [redacted] We do not advertise, and we would never contact anybody through [redacted] .Secondly, the drain clearing offer that Mr [redacted] is referring to was rolled out by our business on May 5th of 2017, which is after we saw Mr***As for the job itself, we did clear Mr***'s line and got water flowingWe then sent a sewer camera down the line and told Mr [redacted] that he has an offset in his sewer and would need either a spot repair or full sewer replacement to prevent this from happening over and overHe declined this offerWe told him that because of this issue, we could not offer any warranty, and even wrote this on the invoice (attached) that was emailed to him on the 28th of AprilEver our drain clearing offer that is on our website that was rolled out on May 5th details that we will not offer a one year warranty on any drain line if the line needs to be repaired or replacedWhile it is unfortunate that Mr [redacted] had this issue again, this will continue to happen until Mr [redacted] chooses to actually repair his sewer offsetBelow are the notes on the job from Mr [redacted] originally explaining the problemThis was clearly an existing issue, and until Mr [redacted] chooses to address the real issue, it will continue to be an issue for himtwice a year they need the line snaked because roots are growingjust had it done in November and it already happenedbasement was backed up and completely ruined their basementit is cleaned up nowhe has had a different company out to clear his drain and he didnt want to call them again because his line keeps getting cloggedhe said it takes him min for him to clear it and costs $

I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive any clarity if the charges from EcoPlumbers will be dropped from their responseI do not believe I should have to pay on an invoice for them to come out from their service shortcomingsIf they agree to remove the charge I would drop the issue will be resolved Regards, [redacted]

I apologize that MrsM*** feels that she overpaid for her services, but I am not sure I understand the extent of the complaintFrom what I understand, we went out to her house, presented her multiple options for garbage disposals, some cheaper than this, and this is the option that she felt
best suited her needsShe chose this option and agreed to the price I can see that *** was at MrsM*** house for hour and minutesHe also spent one hour driving to and from her houseIf I take the $of labor, and divide it by the total of hours and minutes of total time on the job, it comes to an hourly labor rate of $per hourThis is a fair labor rate for a plumber's expertiseLooking back at past work that we have done for MrsM***, this labor rate seems to be the sameWhile I appreciate that MrsM*** called around to get other phone quotes after this work was done, I think she would find that a phone quote from most plumbing companies usually gets higher once the company gets there, which is why we do not offer phone quotes. On a side note, we can no longer service MrsM***We received a call from someone claiming to be her brother, who then made threats to kill both the technician at the job as well as our office staffWe have filed a police report of malicious threats to the Columbus Division of police

First of all, I absolutely WAS contacted thru *** from this company and I attached the proof showing my original *** ad along with the emails from the eco plumbers employee that reached out and contacted me on *** , which this company claims to never ever doI looked eco plumbers up online to check on the price and it said $I also attached a screenshot of their Web pages to show their offers, guarantees and warranties so I called to get an appointment thinking it would cost the $93.Next, Alex arrived on 4/28/and as soon as he got in the door he said the charge was actually going to be $, even tho their advertised price said otherwiseI told him we never intended on paying twice their price and that was why we called for a quote before we made the appointment in the first placeAlex said that he would lower the price to $since he " already drove out to our home" if we would accept that priceWe were desperate to be able to fix our clogged system that kept us from running any water, flush any toilets, take showers for the past week and there was actual poop on our floor so we took all the cash we had and paid him the $he said it would beAt that moment we were thinking we had plenty of guarantees so in that case it would be worth the costHe then went downstairs with some equipmentHe was here about minutesRight before he walked out the door to leave, we asked for the reciept and we were told it would be emailed to usThe day he was here, he did not hand us one piece of paper with any diagnosis or a reciept I attached the two separate days/times I had to email the Eco plumbers just to get a reciept! Please notice on the reciept, the date of service and the date of cash payment are differentI paid $on the day of service 4/28/,but on the receipt it says we didn't pay cash until may 5th ?? Odd, I certainly didn't have the luxury of waiting all that time to pay for the service, so why would the dates not match? My guess was so that they could later add the words that say "NO WARRANTY" ? Because Alex certainly didnt express any reason they wouldnt honor their ..."OR ITS FREE" guarantee or their year warranty otherwise I would have never handed over $knowing that IF it didnt work we were in the same position and out the money! The whole reason we chose this company was because of the guarantees and warrantiesAlso, the Eco plumbers claim an awful lot of knowledge that was never put on the reciept, such as the diagnosis of the problems, no suggestions of more work needing to be done, no explication as to why I was clogged, no mention of having run a camera thru to see anything, nothing to make me see why the cost of service was much more than we expectedStrange that it does actually suggest to have a camera ran thru even tho they say the did? Furthermore, I contacted them in days from the service date because the sewage was still backing up and they told me that I would have pay more to have them come back to finish fixing it ; when their guarantee says otherwise! I was crushedTheir guarantee actually says " or its FREE "so I feel I should have been returned my, twice as much charge for $since there was still sewage coming up and they refused to come back to finish fixing itUnfortunately I feel like I was preyed upon on the *** web page to make some quick cash because they took my money and wouldnt come to finish unclogging it OR give me the "OR ITS FREE guarantee their web site claims to offerOriginally I just asked them to please come finish the job and they wouldnt unless I paid more !! At this point, I am so fed up, I just want my money back.

To Ms. M[redacted], We had to have our technician leave because someone claiming to your brother called in to let us know that he was going to "snap [redacted] neck, and then shoot him" to quote this person. I can appreciate that might not be a big deal to you, but it is to us. To clear up the brand difference, Premier is actually part of Insinkerator, it is owned by Badger, and it is the contractor version made with better quality parts than the Insinkerator that one could buy at a big box store. When looking at our invoice though, it says nothing about the brand of the disposal, so I am not sure how there are any erroneous billing. Given you have received an estimate for $275 in written form, despite that it does not say for a 1/2 horsepower disposal,  I have refunded your credit the difference of $96.
