Unfortunate that Mr*** has so quickly made his complaint public after advising me on Saturday, July 4, 2015. I spoke to Mr*** on Monday, July 20, in response to his call to me on Friday, July 17, advising him that I have no answers to his complaint, and I have reported
claim to my E & O carrier who will assign an Adjustor
The application was completed and submitted based on his response to the questions on the application. The options for payement were presented to Mr*** which he choose. Mr*** contacted me with an urgent need to obtain a Commercial General Liability policy to bid for work with the *** ** *** ***. Mr*** stated that he had "no employees" and would be performing all the work himself. I ask Mr***, "you are going to do ALL the work? to which he replied "YES." While this sounded unusual, I did not question him any further and continue completing the application
Mr*** stated that he would only be doing non-construction type work; hancellation of the owever, the carrier's inspection revealed different information that initiated a substantial differnece in premium and company cancellation of the policy. The application that Mr*** signed was 25% earned premium
While I respect Mr***'s right to file a claim, I am disappointed and very confident that my actions were thorough, professional and knowledgeable with the best interest of my Client and my Carrier considered

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Mr. Eddie should know that this complaint was filed PRIOR to my calling his office on Friday and then taking his call on Monday. Having said that, never once did I mention that I did all the work myself - that is a stretch of the facts. Mr. Eddie knew very well I used sub-contractors, in fact he asked if I received Certificates of Additional Insured from each of them to which I replied 'yes' Yes, it is true I did choose the manner in which I would pay the premium - electing to pay more up front to keep my payment low, however at that time I was under the assumption that I would be insured for the entire 1 year period. Now that the policy has been canceled I feel I am due a refund because I paid for over 50% of the annual premium in 2 short months. I will not be happy until one is received. Furthermore, Mr. Eddie never bothered even placing a call to me with respect to the cancellation - he simply forwarded the cancellation notice he received to me via email without ever making contact with me personally to advise me on what my options were or where I should go from there. Very unfortunate and incredibly unprofessional.
