Review: I was in contact with a woman in order to purchase a special made product to offer to my clients of my up and coming massage therapy business. She informed me of the cost of the product including shipping and I sent a bankers check in the amount of $58 in the first week of March, 2014. The following Saturday she responded by letting me know it would take her about a week to ship the product after making it. About 2 weeks following I had yet to receive an update or a package in the mail and sent a message to her business account via Facebook. After another 2 weeks had passed I couldn't reach her via a telephone number or email address and still have not received the product, and reached out to her through her personal Facebook account. It has been over a month now and have come to the conclusion that without contact from her, I will not receive my product despite having paid her for it.Desired Settlement: I will not be requiring her business from this point further, and do not desire the merchandise anymore. As long as she refunds my $58, I won't be requiring she replace the bankers check fees and do not desire the product.

Review: Edelweiss soap company will not send me my order. They will not credit my MasterCard. I have tried to remedy the situation directly with zero success I placed a rather large order with the edelweiss soap company. My order has not been delivered and only one email was responded to. My order was placed two months ago. I cannot get the owner ([redacted]) to respond to me, send me my products or credit my credit card. I need assistance to remedy this situation.
