Review: The staff and maintenance do not assist at all. Management does not handle any complaint or request made in a timely manner, only states there is nothing they could do about an issue that has got out of hand. After several maintenance requests filed, they still have yet to fix any of the issues that I have requested. Contact back from them takes longer than it should.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to fix all the issues I requested in a timely fashion and deal with the complaints I have filed.
