Do not purchase here if you want a good deal!!!!! Was deceived by sales person Was told by salesman if I wanted $mattress, boxspring and frame, he would sell to me for 350$ for all three Was told the best mattress and boxspring Manager/owner said boxspring would be $ The mattress was on sale for $but if wanted higher quality, thicker one it would be $more Sales person said he'd throw in frame too for $ Once arrived with CASH, I checkout expecting same mattress etc When I was having men load into back of van noticed it was smaller mattress and not the boxspring stated at all Told them said was not right Only would change out boxspring and refused refund since I signed no refunds or exchanges just two minutes prior in the front of the store What a rip off Then on top of that charged taxes etc when told total out the door Watch out for sales people They are con artist and know they are scamming you Told three different people situation Others tried to tell him to fix He refused

Mr [redacted] called to let me know that he was not happy with the way in which the cushions on his Franklin loveseat were wearingHe said he would like for us to replace the entire set, consisting of sofa and loveseat, so that he could re-select I let him know that his factory warranty is through Franklin, not our store, but that I would be happy to contact Franklin and help out in any way that I could I asked Mr [redacted] to email me pictures of the problem, which he did I did, in fact, contact Franklin and forwarded the pictures as soon as I received them The rep for Franklin stated that the parts for the loveseat are, indeed, covered under factory warranty He sent the parts with UPS the next day I emailed Mr [redacted] and let him know that as soon as I received the parts, he could drop off the loveseat at our store and we would be happy to repair it, at no cost, and have it completed within 1-days.He declined to drop off the loveseat and also stated that, now, he was also unhappy with the arms on the loveseat I, once again, called the rep and he had the parts shipped immediatelyI am currently waiting for these parts I contacted Mr [redacted] and let him know that the additional parts were on the way and we would soon be able to repair his loveseat.Mr [redacted] let me know that he would not drop the loveseat off and that he had spoken to his attorney He said he had been advised that he could ask us for 3x the cost of the furniture and intimated that he would also post a report with Revdex.com unless we refunded the entire amount of the sofa and loveseat.Today, after being out of town all day, I received authorization by email from Franklin to cover the cost of pick up and delivery of the loveseat I have contacted Mr [redacted] by email and asked him let me know which day next week would be a good time for us to pick up the loveseat for repairI am waiting for a reply.The Franklin warranty covers parts, not delivery, nor repair This is why I offered to help Mr [redacted] with the cost of repair My goal is to have a happy customer

Was sold a Living room set with loveseat, sofa, chair-and-a-half and ottoman by this company with a lifetime warranty in August of The loveseat is the only piece we use and it is showing signs of wear that the year old couch I replaced it for never did in the months that we've owned itIt's just my wife and I who use it and we are both not overweightWe paid $2,for the set and were guaranteed by the salesman that it had this special foam in it that would keep it from wearing for our lifetimeWe've called and emailed the manager about the issue and have corresponded back and forthAfter negotiating the company said they would order the parts to fix our loveseatWhen the parts came in, they called to tell us that we could bring the loveseat to the store to be repairedThe loveseat is over pounds and the location is miles from our homeWe paid for all of the items to be delivered to our home and now the company won't come out to fix our loveseat or send

Was told the best mattress and boxspring. Manager/owner said boxspring would be $69. The mattress was on sale for $238 but if wanted higher quality, thicker one it would be $30 more. Sales person said he'd throw in frame too for $350.
