Thank you for allowing me to respond again to comments from Ms***This person has selected memory and overlooks here numerous changes and delays in providing information to my staffShe also fails to respond to the terms of the contract she signed with my officeMy law firm is a training law firm and receives recommendations from family law judges who refer young attorneys to my firm for trainingThis is explained to every clientThis also appears in writing in the retainer agreement when it states that other lawyers will be working on each caseI do this to put the client on notice and avoid the very erroneous comments being made by Ms ***She can't deny this fact because it appears in writing in the retainer SHE SIGNEDMs*** says," Mr*** is rude"She was the individual who was rude not only to me but to my staffThere was a complete breakdown in the attorney client relationship which required my Firm to withdraw from representationMs*** is a very rude and hostile personShe makes accusations and when caught in her lie refuses to apologize or admit her mistakeIn this case the opposing attorney did in fact send over pleading with the wrong names of the partiesThe document as prepared by the opposing attorney could NOT be signed and filedMs*** knows this ! I used Alan Edmunds lawyer for my security clearance case on They charged flat rate for the hearing, The flat rate is cheaper compare to other lawyer charged, but services are cheap tooDO NOT WASTE COUPLE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND LOSE THE OPPORTUNITY TO WIN THE CASEThe lawyer told me this is a easy case, nothing to worry about, we will winThey did not told me the strategy how to win this case, and whatever they prepared for the hearing were other security clearance cases that post on government website and documents related to meWe met at the build where the hearing office located, he only asked two or three questions about my personal information which are on my documents that he should have in his officeThe hearing did not take very long because he did not have any documents or points to show to the judgeAfter case denial on the hearing, I paid them again to file appeal, all they did were mailed my write up letter to appeal the case to the appeal office without anything else, I could do it by myself, and they charged me couple thousand dollars again just to mail the letter for appealEither they already know this case is not going to win or they just do not case about the case, because the flat rate is pay advance, they already got the money.Good luck if you going to use him

The allegations made by Mr*** are desperate, complete false, and utterly unsupported by the documents that he signed and his written request and apology to the Firm to keep him as a clientI offer the following Response to Mr***' complaint:
Mr*** claims that he has called the office with billing complaints that were ignoredThis is not trueThe emails and letters show that he had numerous conferences with my staff, and I have personally spoken to him on multiple occasions regarding his billThere are no billing errors and each concern raised by Mr*** has been duly addressed(Please see Exhibit A, attached hereto.)
Mr*** claims he was promised a refund of his retainer moniesThis is not trueIn fact, he was informed that after a complete review of the work billed to his account, there would be a refund of the unused monies in his retainer account. There would not be a full refund due to the excellent work done on his case at his request
Mr*** claims no attorney went to his court hearingThis is not trueMy staff has performed admirably in the handling of his complex matter and has never missed a court appearance without his express instructionAn attorney was present at his court hearing and furthermore, expedited work on his case so that his hearing could be placed on calendar sooner
Mr*** claims he will be charged for fee arbitrationThis is not trueThere is no chargeMr*** has a small refund of unused funds in his account and refused to supply a credit card for the refund
Mr*** claims he had one thousand (1,000) dollars on his account when he spoke with *** *** - this is not true and the billing statements which Mr. *** received each month shows the correct b***ce
Mr*** claims he was not permitted to speak with my staffHe was asked to leave our offices due to abusive behavior and told never to returnHe abused my staff despite their efforts to communicate with him and was very threateningThis hap***d on more than one (1) occasion and he wrote an apology to our office for his behavior following one of these occasions(Please see Exhibit B, attached hereto.)
Mr*** claims that he received poor service from this officeHowever, he does not acknowledge that the law firm o***d its offices one (1) hour early for his appointment and that staff were asked to come in early to accommodate his scheduleHe does not admit that he had one (1) appointment in the office that lasted over three (3) hours, and multiple appointments and telephone conferences. My staff have remained courteous despite his abuse and threats and have provided him with excellent representation despite it
Mr*** claims that this office has not communicated with himTo the contrary, in the four (4) months that he was represented by this office, he has received more than fourteen (14) emails and letters from my staffHe has received more than eighteen (18) phone calls and had six (6) conferences in our offices
Mr*** has a documented history of emotional outbursts and erratic behavior in this office. (Please see Exhibit C, attached hereto.) Multiple elements in his case were thus complicated against the advice given to him by his attorney, and work was subsequently done to rectify those issuesMr*** has received nothing but the highest quality of work from my staff, who have gone above and beyond their duty to represent himHe has abused and threatened my staff on multiple occasions, and has filed this libelous complaint based on maliciously false accusations

My son's mother was granted full custody because my lawyer, Mr [redacted] from [redacted] Law Firm did not show up to the hearing even though opposing council and I told Mr [redacted] from [redacted] Law firm about my hearing. If you notice on the signature line of " respondent notice of lodgement" it was not signed by my attorney Gabriel [redacted], because he was no longer with the firm. It was signed by someone with a different name. I have a copy of the minutes from the court hearing that Mr. [redacted] failed to attend. The minutes from the courthouse state my representation was not present. As a result of my lawyers absence, my son's mother was awarded full custody. I filed a substitute of attorney and asked the [redacted] Law firm for a refund. I emailed the law firm and asked them to stop representing me. [redacted]'s son from the [redacted] Law Firm, told me on the about my credit balance and that it was over a thousand dollars, he was on speaker phone and I have two witnesses to the phone conversation. I inquired about my bills when I received a bill and told the law firm about mistakes. There were several charges for phone calls and excessive billing for work that was not done but I was billed. Even after I filed the substitute of attorney the firm continued to bill me for erroneous charges. I have met with other lawyers in the community that advised me about the lack of ethics and high turnover of junior associates at the [redacted] Law firm. I expect a full refund of all the money I paid to this law firm.

I used the law firm for my small business involving a civil litigation case. Attorney Edmunds was a huge asset in this litigation because of his experience and knowledge. He thought of solutions and took an aggressive approach to our litigation, which resulted in a favorable settlement. The staff was very professional and I was pleased by the prompt response time to my phone calls. I have recommended this law firm to other business associates and they have thanked me for the referral.
